"Scott..." Mitch murmured. "You can't love me anymore, you have a family, a husband..."

"Not anymore really," Scott pulled the smaller man towards his bare chest. "Alex isn't my biggest fan at the moment, but that's okay. I'd give everything up for you. You are what really matters to me."

"Scott... We can't be together, I'm too broken for you to be happy."

"I'm not asking for a perfect you," Scott replied. "I just want you, whoever that is."

"How did you get here?" Mitch finally asked.

"I followed you," Scott said. "In a non-creepy way of course, but I followed you because I needed you to be where you are now. In my arms, and now that you're here, I need you to stay here."

"I can't," Mitch said slipping away and stepping out of the bed. "You have a family, I can't rip you away from your son... he needs you more than I do."

"But he has his father, while you have no one."

"If you leave him he'll hate you, you cannot leave him. I will be fine, I am an adult."

"Mitch, this isn't me questioning if you are an adult or not, I love you, and I am willing to do anything for you." Scott too was out of the bed, walking steadily towards Mitch.

"Even die?" A different voice said causing them all to turn. Abe stood before both of them, a knife held in his hand.

"Abe...?" Mitch whispered staring at his former captor, fright filling his eyes. How had they not heard him come in.

"Mitch, go call the cops, I'll take care of him," Scott said stepping in front of the smaller man protectively.

"You didn't answer my question Scotty Boy, Princess, don't move or I will kill him." Mitch froze at Abe's words, his knees trembling beneath him.

"I would happily die for him," Scott told Abe, fire in his eyes.

"But Mitchie wouldn't be happy about that now would he," Abe twirled the knife around in his hands. "Come here Princess and nobody gets hurt. We'll just go back together, now wouldn't that be nice?" Mitch took a shaky step towards Abe only to be stopped by Scott, who roughly pulled Mitch behind him.

"Stay behind me Mitch, you are not going back with this creep." Scott held one arm out protectively keeping the smaller man behind him. Mitch was useless, fear controlling his every move. Abe was back. Abe was here

"Are you prepared to die Scotty Boy?" Abe growled, stalking closer the knife glinting in his hand.

"Don't hurt him!" Mitch screamed. "Please don't hurt him," He was sobbing now, large tears dripping down his face.

"Just come with me Princess, and nobody will get hurt. Don't let this bully stop you."

"Don't listen to him-" But Scott was interrupted.

"Shut up Scotty Boy or I will shoot you," Abe growled and pulled a gun out of his pocket, pointing the gun at Scott's forehead.

"He's not a bully..." Mitch whispered.

"Of course he isn't Princess," Abe answered, but his eyes were where his gun was pointed, Scott's head.

"If I come Scott doesn't get hurt," Mitch took one hesitant step forward.

"That's the deal Sweetheart."

"Alright... I'll come with you." Mitch slipped away from Scott, walking towards Abe.

"Mitch! No!" Scott yelled and a shot fired in the room.
