Chapter 20-Vivalgia

"Now that's it's just the two of us,I can go all out,"Havoc licked his lips before smirking.

"So that means you were restraining yourself?"you questioned.

"A bit."

"Awww,that means you really do care,love ya too,ya read-headed brat,"you joked making him roll his eyes.

"Can we just get this over with?"he spat.

"With pleasure."

Taking the opportunity to attack first,your cheeks puffed up.

"Roar of...the White Shadow Dragon!"

The light and the shadows merged into one roar and the two forces spiraled around each other as it headed towards Havoc who remained calm,strangely.When it got close,he simply snapped and the tip of the roar,which was closes to Havoc exploded.

Just like that.

"What the-"

"My Dragon Slaying Magic can be used for a multitude of things,it can be used for offensive means and for defensive means as well,"he said.

"Ignis*,Zephyrus,Fulgur*...I need some help,"you mumbled.

Fire,Lightning,and Wind radiated off your form and each individual element altered it's shape to form a serpent-like being.The one made of fire glowed happily,the one made of wind remained calm and the one made of lightning radiated off energy and enthusiasm.

Though,the moment the three beings,all with different personalities,laid eyes on Havoc they all hissed and they all became serious and ready for battle.

"I already told you,magic won't work on me...I can always negate it with my own magic,"he said,sounding bored.

"Ignis*,Zephyrus,and Fulgur* aren't magic,their more like manifestations of dragons,"it was your turn to explain.

...

"Get him."

Once they heard your commands,Ignis*,the fire snake bounded towards Havoc,Fulgur*,the lightning snake soon followed after,leaving Zephyrus,the wind snake lagging behind the two fast and energetic serpents.

"Detonate."

All three snakes exploded after the word left Havoc's lips,but instead of freaking out,you remained calm and watched,(Much to Havoc's shock and your amusement) the elements he had detonated moments ago come back together and form the three serpents again.They resumed their attack and each of them had managed to land a successful hit on Havoc.

"You said they were dragons-"

"Wrong,"you said rather sharply,"their neither magic nor a living being.They won't get affected by your magic since they are manifestations of dragons which have the ability to resist magic,and they cannot be cancelled out by your magic and completely destroyed because they have life,yet they are not living beings,instead just manifestations that belong on the borderline of magic and living beings."

"Cheater..."he grumbled,sounding like a little child.

"Oh there's more where that came from,my friend,"you smiled cockily.

You closed our eyes and a magic circle appeared below you,the snakes all backed away,allowing you to say the spell.

"Draco qui praeerat omnibus draconum,omnis draco timet,ob eam ferociam.Sic suas uires comparabatur nulli,Eam gratia comparatur ad none,pulchritudihem comparatur none...regina dracones*...

...Vivalgia..."

Welp,here are da translations for all the stuff with an asterisk (*)

Ignis-the Latin of "Fire",seemed pretty fitting for the fire snake manifestation thing...

Fulgur-the Latin of "Lightning",again,seemed to fit the lightning snake concept...

And finally the longest one,i'll translate it by line:(NOTE:The entire thing i'm about to translate is Latin)

Draco qui praeerat omnibus draconum,-The dragon who ruled over all the dragons,

Omnis draco timet,-Every dragon fears her,

Ob eam ferociam.-Because of her ferocity.

Sic suas uires comparabatur nulli,-Her power compared to none,

Pulchritudihem comparatur none,-Her beauty compared to none,

Regina dracones...-The Queen of the Dragons...

Yeah that's it,Zephyrus is the God of West Wind and Vivalgia is my own little spin-off of Volvagia,the dragon from The Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time.

I never got to play that T-T...
