Today was the first day of school and despite waking hours early you still were threatening to be late. You skipped the tights today, wishing that the uniform could've been slacks for the girls too. Though you didn't entirely mind, swinging your book bag over your shoulder knowing by the end of the day it would be full.

Sprinting across the lawn you rushed into your classroom only a few minutes before the teacher. Memories of High School came rushing back, hoping that college wouldn't be a repeat of days filled with solitude. No, were you quite confident about making new friends. Glancing around the room was your typical college scene. At first you had been surprised there was a dress code but this was a prestigious academy after all. One man in the middle of the class didn't wear his jacket, his sleeves rolled up, red Converse on his feet. If it weren't for his hair he slightly resembled Alfred.

"Good morning class. My name is on the board as well as the obvious rules you all will abide by. If you have any questions, please hesitate to ask."

Yikes. Looks like your first period class was going to be a little rocky. Maybe he just wasn't a morning person. As the teacher went over the boring formalities you scanned the room hoping to find someone you knew. Disheartened, it looked like neither of the two people you knew were here. Oh well, you decided. You'll just have to make new ones.

A light series of chimes echoed from the P.A system alerting everyone to head to their next class. The morning went by without incident as you walked towards the cafeteria. The large room was full of chatting students, the air filled with voices in contrast to the deathly silent classes. You scanned the crowd for someone you knew, desperate for them to show you the ropes. Alfred did show you the room yet hadn't really told you how any of it worked. Did you pay before? After you got your food? Which line had what menu?

A waving motion caught your eye as Eliza smiled at you in the back. You sighed of relief, heading towards her.

"Oof!" You glanced up to see a man's back, his lunch spilled on the floor.

"I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention. I"-

The man spun around, a scowl on his face. His red eyes glared at you.

"U-um if you want I can buy you another one..."

He laughed, making you jump.

"Because I am zho awesome I vill forgive you."

The man walked away, having forgave you though he felt cold. Sighing, you quickly joined Eliza at her table in the back.

"Hi _."

"Hey." You smiled.

"I hope your first day is going well so far."

"Yeah, not too many accidents." You laughed.

"I was waiting for you so we could get our lunch together, if you want."

"Sure! Thanks."

She was kind enough to wait to show you the ropes. Eliza was starting to look like a godsend.

"It's finally over." You sighed as the last bell chimed alerting the end of the day. Whether from the new excitement or not, you felt tired yet high strung at the same time. Picking up your bag you headed for the dorm, deciding it would be best to take a nap before dinner. Heading there, a familiar voice stops you.

"Yo dudette!"

"Hm?"

"Hey _ what ya doin'?"

"Thought I'd head back to"-
