You stood outside the Headmaster's door, trembling. Exhaling, you tried remembering Eliza's comforting words. However, she wouldn't be allowed into his office with you. You'd have to go alone.

"Enter." A deep voice boomed from behind the closed door.

Grasping the brass doorknob you pushed the door open, footsteps falling on carpet. The room was dimly lit like a study, a man seated behind the ornate wooden desk. His face was experienced, once-blonde hair bearing streaks of gray. However he smiled upon seeing you.

"Have a seat." He gestured towards the chair, snuffing out a cigarette, "Terrible habit."

You mentally prepared yourself, the man folding his hands together.

"I have been made aware of the situation though I'd like to hear it from you."

"Alright..." You shifted in the chair, "Um, are you going to prosecute against the students?"

"That is entirely up to you, miss. You can choose not to use names if you wish."

That didn't help you feel any better, "W-well the first attack happened not too shortly after I had been accepted here. Maybe a few weeks into my club activities. I was actually in the greenhouse at the time." His gaze didn't ease you any yet you felt it become easier the more you spoke.

"Did you have any encounters with the student before the incident?"

"No. He had completely taken me by surprise."

"Around what time did this happen?"

"In the afternoon, about a few hours after school let out."

"Did anything seem off?"

You gave a puzzled look.

"Did he seem clear headed, was he in his right mind?"

You had no idea how to answer that, "He seemed normal to me."

During what had turned into a full blown investigation he scribbled in his notepad after every answer. He adjusted his glasses higher up the bridge of his nose, "Where did he bite you?"

"My neck."

"Did he say anything during the attack?"

"Um...not really, just that I smelled sweet."

He scribbled in the pad.

"Did he touch you inappropriately?"

Your face reddened.

"Oh, my mistake. I realize this is a sensitive topic for you. Let's move on, shall we?"

The rest of the meeting went like this. He'd ask, you'd answer. While he managed to seem caring he also held a systematic, cold mannerism. To him it must be as simple as filing a report. You gripped the fabric of your skirt, your uniform spilling over your knees.

"A total of five incidents, correct?"

"U-uh yes, though one didn't succeed."

He peered over his glasses at you, "It was still an attack, whether failed or not. Now Miss _," he dropped the pen onto his desk, relaxing in his chair slightly, "to be honest I'm not sure exactly what I can do for you."

You had dreaded this.

"That doesn't mean that I won't try my best to make your school life here safe and enjoyable. This of course means I need your full compliance."

His faded green eyes were fixed on yours, his demeanor changing. He was the Headmaster after all. You realized this as he adjusted his tie, leaning against the dark wooden desk.
