Chapter 88:

A month later, and we were planning our wedding more now than ever. We decided that Kendall would have Kevin as his best man, with Kenneth as his other groomsmen. Heather didn't want to be in the wedding as pregnant as she probably would be so I had no other choice, but to choose someone else aside from Logan. I sure as hell wasn't going to have Scott be another one in my wedding party due to the fact he and I haven't gotten along for so long. So, I asked my dad about his family. "Do I have any aunts, uncles, set of grandparents, cousins?" I asked him. He looked at me nervously and nodded. "Great! I have family again! Yay! Now names, numbers and relation please." I told him handing his a notepad and pen.

"I don't think you want to know who you are related to." He told me seriously. Kendall looked up from his laptop to look at me then back at my dad.

"Why is that?" I asked him. He shrugged. What was he hiding?!

"Fine! You have a half sister. Her mother and I were married, but it ended six years ago. She's in college right now. She's only seventeen." He admitted after hours of asking. My breath caught in my chest as I felt like passing out.

"WHAT?!" Kendall shouted for me.

"Why didn't you tell me before?" I asked. I wasn't angry with him, I just didn't know what to say to this new found information.

"I didn't think it's something you say to someone who threw a vase at you in a public restaurant even if she is your oldest daughter." He explained. I nodded, trying to understand. I had a sister. Wow. I never thought I would've ever been able to say I had a sibling.

"Where does she live? Can I meet her? What's her mom like? Do you think they'll wan to come to the wedding?" I asked a spew of questions not waiting for answers. My dad sighed and furrowed his brow looking down at the table.

"I don't know. They don't know about you." He admitted. And oddly I still wasn't upset with him.

"Can I contact them?" I asked quietly. My dad looked up from the table and smiled weakly.

"Sure."
