Alex's P.O.V

I wake up the next morning with a banging headache. I almost decide to skip school, but I can't miss anymore school because I missed yesterday.

It's almost the weekend, I told myself. I take an Advil and hop in the shower. Class starts at 7, so it will end at 10 a.m. I get out of the shower and let my hair do whatever it wants, I don't do it properly. I throw on sweatpants and a hoodie, putting my boots on, they're just regular fuzzy boots, nothing fancy. I place a hat with a puff ball at the top of it on top of my head. I don't feel well at all.

30 minutes later it's 8:15 and my headache still isn't gone. I go downstairs to get breakfast, when I run back upstairs to the restroom to empty my stomach. I feel awful, but I can't miss school. I have to get my assignments. I go back downstairs and grab a cup of yogurt.

"You look awful, Alex." Nikki says walking over to me, feeling my forehead.

"Thanks. I try my hardest." I say sarcastically.

"Are you feeling okay?" She says concerned. I nod my head, grabbing my bag once I hear a car outside.

"Hi." I say to Niall as I get inside of his car.

"Good morning. Put on your seat belt." He instructs me.

"What does it look like I'm doing?" I snap back, making my head hurt a little more. He looks at me and rolls his eyes. Once he started driving, he turned on the radio and began humming random tunes. I turned down the volume on the radio once he turned it up loud enough to where my temples were throbbing.

"Stop touching my radio." He says turning it back up. Not this shit again. I'm tired and not in the mood for this.

"Stop turning it up." I roll my eyes at him and look out the window as I hear the music increase again.

"I have a headache." I tell him, turning down the radio again.

"Is that why you're dressed like shit?" He asks rudely, smirking at the road.

"I'm dressed like shit because I feel like shit. Is that a problem to you?" He's really starting to piss me off.

"I guess not." He says rudely.

"Then, shut up about it." I glare at him. I look out of the window to notice the snow falling from the sky.

"It's getting too warm in here."  I tug at my hoodie.

"No one told you to dress like a fucking eskimo, Alex." He says, giving me a 'that's is your fault' look. He turns the air on and we're driving into a fast food lane, so he can get his bagel. blah blah blah.

After he gets it, we wait at a red light. School doesn't start for another 15 minutes. I feel my stomach knot underneath my belly button and I bite my lip to keep from making a weird looking face. I open up my water bottle, taking a sip while I feel Niall staring at me.

"What?" I look at him annoyed.

"Nothing, just makin' sure you don't waste anything else in here." He says smirking at me and presses his foot to the gas petal. The car jerks forward and the bottom of my seat belt, slamming into my stomach. I bite my lip again because my stomach hurts so bad.

"Sorry about that." He says focusing on the road. Sitting down just makes it worse. I want to crawl up in a ball and use shit load of heating pads on my stomach.

"Whatever." I say not looking at him.

We get to the school parking lot with 7 minutes to get to class. Niall hops out of the car and I do the same, slamming his door. I hear my name being shouted in anger and see Niall walking quickly towards me.
