Niall's P.O.V
-
I get up to shut the bathroom door and turn the television on to drown out her sound effects, then sit up with my back against the headboard and my legs crossed while I watch Princess Diaries.
There's nothing else on TV, so I turned this on.
Okay, maybe I do like this movie a little bit.. everyone likes this movie.
The bathroom door opens and Alex comes out wearing one of my shirts and her leggings. She climbs back into bed, her minty breath can be smelled easily and she plays with the ends of her hair, having her eyes glued to the television.
"Why are you on the other side of the bed? Come here," I frown at her because she looks upset with herself. She moves next to me and I put my arm around her waist, pulling her closer to me.
"Does your stomach hurt anymore?" I ask, looking down at her slightly. She shakes her head and keeps looking down, fiddling with her fingernails.
"Then, why do you seem sad?" I grab one of her fingers, so she can't play with her hands anymore.
"I'm embarrassed. I didn't mean to cry like that, but I couldn't help it, I tried to stop. I apologize." She keeps her head down, shrugging.
"Google said that it's a normal thing to do. Besides, I don't really care about you crying, if you have to then go for it. I'm going to be here for you whether you're crying or not, you didn't do anything wrong, Bunny." I pull her into my side, hugging her. I rub her arm and bring my attention back to my shirt that she's wearing.
"You showered?" I pinch my shirt that is adorning her.
"No," She moves from my hold and sits there again.
"I'm sorry."
"Why are you apologizing again?" I ask.
"I thought I was finished, but halfway to the door I found out that I guess I wasn't. So, um, I had to throw my clothes away and these were in the only thing in the bathroom, so I-"
"Wait..so you puked on your clothes because you thought you were finished?" I laugh and she looks up at me with watery eyes. Fuck, I'm trying to make her smile, but it isn't working to well.
"I'm not making fun of you, I'm just laughing because Google said that that could happen and it did." I look at her, shaking my head so she'll understand.
"Did you get it on the floor?" I ask, trying not to smile. I just think it's adorable at how cute she looks in my clothes and how adorable she is cuffing the sleeves because the shirt is too big for her.
She swipes her cheeks with the sweater and I realize that there are streaks of tears coming down.
"Baby, stop crying." I tuck loose strands of hair behind her ear.
"Stop laughing at me," She begins to sob again. Goodness, she's emotional.
"I'm not laughing at you." She doesn't believe me.
"You've been laughing at me ever since we got back! Move," I know she's crying, but it's that time of the month for her, so I expected some type of emotional break downs. What I didn't expect her to do is push away from me and go on the other side of the bed.
"Alex, I wasn't laughing at you."
"Yes you were!" She shouts back at me in a muffled voice. Her face is in a pillow.
"No I wasn't, but okay. Go take a nap or something," I sigh. She lifts her hand up, flicking me off.
I snatch her hand and cover it with my fist. In any disagreement or argument that we have, we'll do anything and everything to piss each other off, but flicking me off is the one thing I fucking hate.
