Niall's P.O.V

Alex seemed uncomfortable after I had rubbed myself on her ass, bringing myself to an orgasm. It was funny watching her imitate me. She puts a cardigan over her outfit and gives me a small smile while she brushes her hair up into a ponytail. I frown at her in confusion whenever I notice her wince and bend over a little. Alex had been unaware that I watched her do it multiple times. There's a small part of me that makes me wonder if I did that to her, I'm sure she'd tell me if I did.

The hair band in Alex's hair slips through her fingers. She holds her hair in place while bending down to pick it up off of the floor and stays in that position for a while. I walk over to her whenever I hear a few small whimpers come from the bathroom.

"What's wrong?" I ask, tucking her hair behind her ears so that I can sort of see her face. She has her head bent down, holding her stomach.

"Nothing." Alex sighs and stands back up.

"Bunny," I look at her almost in a begging way. I just want to know what's going on with her, she looks uncomfortable.

"Did I do something?" She shakes her head and hovers over the sink.

"Are you getting sick?" I rub her back.

"I have cramps."

That's all I needed to know. Dammit.

Now I'm obligated to take care of her because she keeps bending over almost on the verge of tears. I don't know much about this whole "Mother Nature" shit, so I offer to purchase her some of those tampon thingies, but she said she's just cramping.

Elle used to cry whenever she had the cramp things, my mom even allowed her to stay home. I would pretend I had the crampy shit too, but I still had to go to school.

"I just need to put on my wedges on, then I'll be ready." She says.

"I'm ready! C'mon!" I snap my head over to her and nod. How the hell did she get all the way over there so fast? She was just strapping her little heel thingies on a second ago. There's no way I'm about to argue with a hormonal Alex. I hate being rushed just as much as her, but I'll rush right now because I don't want to piss her off.

Whenever we walk downstairs, everyone is sitting in the living room chatting and laughing. Alex's mom, Jake and the guest are sitting on one sofa. Payton and Olivia are giggling at something Mitch said.

"It took you guys long enough to get ready! Goodness gracious." Olivia says sarcastically, looking at us.

I shake the male guest's hand and he nods, smiling.

"Hi, I'm Cameron. Nice to meet you."

"You too, I'm Niall." I greet back and take a seat on the couch next to Mitch. I know Alex likes the recliner chair, so I didn't sit there, but she's just standing there like a statute.

"Um, Alex..come tell your dad hi." Her mom nods and Alex's dad, Cameron, gets up and slowly walks over to her with a nervous smile. The awkwardness in the room is growing along with the worried look on Alex's face and I don't like it.

"Hi, Alex. How have you been?" He asks. The tears well up in her eyes and I glare at Bethany, she looks upset with herself.

"I-I've been good." She swallows and moves back whenever he puts his hand out to shake hers.

"Come on! Jesus, we were supposed to be at the country club by now!" Peyton complains.

"Yeah, good idea, let's go do that." Jake says and gets up.

Here in this room, are the two people that created my girlfriend and her step-siblings. Both parents have done her completely wrong, but it's nice seeing her getting along with her mom. On the other hand, Cameron has a begging look of forgiveness on his face, but Alex's expression is far from it. When everyone stands up to leave she walks over to me and clamps herself onto my arm.
