I wrote fast. I did it! That means I just need to edit the chapters and then post them, so by the end of the next couple of days, Book 1 will be done! Yes!! I hope you're as excited about this as I am. So read and enjoy and let me know what you think. The next one will be up in the next couple of hours, so there is no need for cliffy calling. *does a silly dance, rocking out on an air guitar*

**| Sang's POV |**

The pounding in my head woke me up. I tried to lift my head up but it was too heavy. I whimpered instead, my mouth thick from disuse.

"Pookie?" I heard Dr. Sean croak out.

"Sean?" I whimpered.

"Shit, Owen. They got Sang. Shit." Dr. Sean swore some more and I tried to get up but something was keeping me from moving.

I heard rustling and blinked my eyes opened and was met with only darkness.

I shuddered as panic tried to swallow me whole.

"I can't see," I cried out.

"Miss Sorenson," Mr. Blackbourne said. "Are you in pain?"

"No," I said, shaking my head furiously. I blinked through the blackness, trying to find something, anything that would allow me to see. My heart pounded hard when I realized there was nothing to see. We were in complete darkness.

No source of light existed.

I wheezed in and out, my body vibrating as I grew cold from the fear taking over.

"Sang, please calm down," Dr. Sean said, making me realize I was making whimpering sounds.

"It's too dark," I whispered out. I didn't even know where Dr. Sean or Mr. Blackbourne were. I could hear them and knew they were to my right but that was it.

"I need you to do something, Miss Sorenson," Mr. Blackbourne said.

I was too busy trying to not have a panic attack. I was beginning to feel lightheaded. I was going to pass out.

"Miss Sorenson!" he snapped.

"What?" I breathed out.

"I want you to breathe with me," Mr. Blackbourne said. "On my count, okay? And while doing that, I want you to remember that we are here with you. We won't let them hurt you."

"That isn't what I'm afraid of. They won't hurt me, but they will hurt you," I breathed out, my chest heaving now. I needed more air but I wasn't get enough. I needed to get out but that wasn't happening anytime soon. I needed light.

"We will take care of ourselves. Now, breathe with me."

"Deep breath in," he said. I did as he said.

"Hold. One. Two. Three."

I did it.

"Good, now push the air back out. One. Two. Three."

We continued like that while Dr. Green reminded me that they were there for me, that I wasn't alone, that help will be coming for us.

I finally calmed down enough to think more clearly. The darkness was still freaking me out but it wasn't sending me into a blind panic.

"What happened?" Dr. Sean said. "How did they find you?"

"I heard noises and then it got quiet. I kept thinking you guys were dying and needed my help. I was just coming out when they opened the closet door and found me."
