**| Victor's POV |**
Ten minutes later, Kota pulled up in his car, giving me the keys and giving Princess a quick hug before hopping into Mr. Blackbourne's car seconds later. They probably would have stayed but they needed to go help another team with a mission that would give us two favors, which we desperately needed right now.
I gave Sang a sincere smile as I opened the door for her to climb inside. The worry was clear on her face and I hated that it was there.
"Luke will be fine. He's the best when it comes to following others. Remember, he's a sneaky ninja."
She nodded, not saying anything as she climbed into the car. I shared a look with Gabe and North.
We need to cheer her up.
They nodded, understanding. Princess didn't need anymore stress.
The ride was quiet, only interrupted when Gabe and North kept me posted on where Luke was headed. Apparently the creep was driving to the other side of Charleston, in the direction of her house.
I thought about what we knew about the man, which wasn't very much.
Alexios Doukas.
Grandchild of the Doukas Family leader.
Came over about the same time Sang did.
That was it. It was all we knew. There were no connections between him and Sang or her family, at least nothing I could find. All I knew was they all lived in Athens and that was it. Didn't mean they necessarily knew each other.
I drove up to the gate that led to my family's home and pressed the button that opened it for me. I pulled up to the guards and warned them about my brothers possibly stopping by.
I smiled at Sang's wide eyes, the bright green shining with surprise.
"This is your house?" she asked, taking in the mansion.
I nodded. "Yeah. My parents are all about appearances and that means having the biggest mansion around. They take pride in it. I think it's wasted space."
I pulled up to the door and passed my key to the valet to park it for me.
"Come on," I said, taking pleasure in grabbing her small hand and tugging her into the house. "I would show you around but I don't want you meeting my parents if they are around. I think they are due back home sometime today."
I brought her up the winding stairs and through the maze of the second floor until we got to my area. I called it my area because I had my own office, bedroom, bathroom, living room, game room, conference room, and even two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom.
I pulled her into my office.
Her eyes landed on what was pretty much the center piece of the room, a massive desk that North helped me put together. I pressed a button and it opened itself up to reveal my computer system. I pulled out the chair I normally used, motioning her to sit in it.
She sat down and let out a squeak as she sunk into it. The chair was huge, practically engulfing her.
I chuckled before grabbing a different rolling chair and sitting down.
