I didn't want to leave you on a cliffhanger for too long, so enjoy! I thought about going a couple of different routes for who saved Sang but I ultimately decided to go this way for certain reasons I hope you pick up on. Enjoy and let me know what you think! Your comments help me continue forward and challenge me to think about what I want to occur in the story and how I can go about it.

**| Sang's POV |**
Kota.
Kota came to save me.
He was now rolling on the ground with Volto, struggling to get the upper hand.
"No," I cried out and tried to get to my feet but the world tilted and I fell to my knees and winced as pain traveled up my knees right into my brain. I still couldn't wrap my head around the fact that Kota came to save me and now he was fighting for his life.
They struggled with each other and for the first time, I realized that the lean muscles Kota had weren't for show. They actually had a function to them as he protected himself and retaliated, throwing punches and blocking hits. He was holding up against Volto. No one held up against him.
The man wasn't moving. He was down on the ground, blood pooling around him and I knew he was dead. Volto killed him and it was all my fault.
I shook the memory away and crawled back up to my feet. I tried to take a step but the world wasn't staying still and I fell to my hands and knees. I could still see Kota fighting with Volto, a grunt here and there. My eyesight darkened but I forced myself through it.
Kota needed to get away before Volto killed him. He was too kind and though he may be doing fine now, eventually Volto would win because he had no qualms about killing people while Kota did.
I heard a loud crack and swearing. Volto staggered to his feet and made a run for it. Kota was on his feet too but just as he was about to chase after Volto, he paused to look at me. I could see he was torn between checking up on me and going after Volto. His hesitation made me feel warm and fuzzy, the good kind of warm and fuzzy. By the time he made his choice, we heard the door closing and a moment later the sedan peeling away from the curb, doing a sharp U-turn and disappearing down the road.
I lowered my head, relieved that he was gone and that Kota was okay.
He wasn't dead.
Crunching noises got closer before Kota's dark shoes came into view.
"Sang," Kota whispered coming to kneel in front of me. He was breathing heavily but overall he seemed fine. "Are you okay?"
I shook my head. No, I wasn't okay.
"Kota," Nathan called as he came running down the street. "What happened?"
"Someone broke into Sang's house and was dragging her out. I think he was trying to kidnap her. Call the police."
"No," I said desperately and lifted my head, looking up at the two boys hidden in the shadows of the night. "You can't call them."
"Someone broke into your house and was just about to drive off with you. Of course we are calling them," Kota said.
"No," I shook my head furiously. "Καλέστε την αστυνομία και έχουν φύγει . Εμείς θα εξαφανιστούν . Κάνουμε πάντα . Δεν μπορείτε να καλέσετε την αστυνομία . Δεν θέλω να φύγει . Δεν θέλω να κινηθεί και πάλι . Δεν θέλω να σας αφήσω παιδιά . Σας παρακαλούμε. Δεν μπορείτε. Μην τους αποκαλούν . (Call the police and we are gone. We will disappear. We always do. You can't call the police. I don't want to leave. I don't want to move again. I don't want to leave you guys. Please. You can't. Don't call them.)"
