It's there but you don't see
It's struggling to get free
It's struggling inside me
It wants to break free.
It's there but you don't know
There's more that wants to go
There's some that you don't know
There's some that should not go.
It's there but you don't realise
There's more than meets the eyes
They're all our connected ties
But some could make most die.
It's there but you don't accept
This basically complex concept
That can completely and totally reset
Anyone's entire mindset.
It's there but you don't understand
It can get out of hand
Don't lower your guard and take a stand
Allow who you want in your land.
It's there but you don't comprehend
It's your life and others you must defend
For the choice they make highly depends
On the emotions that were placed on their end.
It's there and a wish for control they all have
So you must not allow yourself to cave
It's now yourself you must try to save
For what's now fighting for your soul will not laze.

It's there... The 'it' referred to at this moment can be many and anything. It can be the battling conflicting emotions inside of us to completely different personalities fighting for control. It can be people who drastically affect our lives and moods to the demons we have buried inside of us. It's there. We aren't always fully aware but it is always there and, if we're not careful, it can control us.
