Some thoughts are so deep
They might as well be forbiddenSome are unwanted
But they won't stay hiddenSo wonderful or depressing they can be
The images and words invading the mindWhat's more surprising of these uncontrollable thoughts
They're the one's you thought you would never findThe sadness, gladness, unwanted desires
Pleasures and feelings that would make the past you cryThe swirling mess and unsolved jigsaw puzzles
The ever-changing mind would make you wonder "why?"With more and more coming in
How do you get it out?A lock, a scream? A hole that's dug deep?
Or maybe just opening your mouth? When you can't express
The feeling deep insideWrite your forbidden thoughts
Its poetry will be your pride~
The first time I published this book here, it was called 'Forbidden Thoughts.' I thought it would only be right to have a poem called forbidden thoughts in a book called Forbidden Thoughts so I tried to write something.
Though certain (or most, or all) persons may think a certain thing when they here 'forbidden thoughts', essentially any thought can be considered forbidden.
If you don't mind sharing, what are some thoughts that you consider forbidden?
Until next time,
Ade Alethra
