I'm a crazy guy
I won't deny
My friends and I
Live on the flyDon't dictate
What we do
We're having fun
Shouldn't you too?Where were you
When we slaved away
When we worked hard
To earn our pay?Now we're free
Just having fun
But you say we're lazy
We didn't work hard enough?Leave me be
Let us treat ourselves
Let us spend our money
On our stomachs unfedLet me 'waste my money'
On the things I see fit
Why are you worrying
About where I sit?I'm still young
So I'm letting loose
If I get too stressed
I'll lose all my juiceI'm rather childish
I'd rather have fun
Than take the safe path
And then probably get noneYou only live once
And I want to be free
Sorry better than safe
When it comes to meI'll take the risk now
And continue to live
Life's hard as it is
Without worries in it~
Life can't always be about work, work, work. Sure, it's fun sometimes depending on the 'work' that you're doing but it can still be exhausting sometimes. It isn't wrong to have fun and work doesn't necessarily have to be boring. Some persons seem to think that taking a break is absurd.
The thing is, some people tend to only show up when you're slacking off or taking a break or having (too much? psh) fun(tell me I'm not the only one's who's been there multiple times). But, who are they to tell you anything? You know how much you've done (or didn't do). If you want to relax, then kick back. It's not their problem and if it's bothering them, then oh well.
Has anyone ever made you feel as though you were not allowed to take a break? How does it make you feel?Do you think they're right or wrong (or does it just depend)? Do you rock back anyway?
Until next time,
Ade Alethra
