Do you hear it?
From the soft rustling
To its ghostly whispers
It's coming closer
Creeping, creepingDo you see it?
From its bloodshot eyes
And its tattered clothing
It's creeping forward
Step, step, stepIt's making a ruckus
It's getting reckless
It's quickening its pace
But you won't notice
You chose to ignore itWe've great beast within us
They're wild and controlling
They're savage and untameable
They're there, can you hear?
The growls and roars and howlsIf we can't control ourselves
Or the lives that we're in
What makes you think
That you can control
The majestic beast within us?~
Do you think you have control? What areas of your life do you think you have control over?
Until next time,
Ade Alethra
