Wishing he were here...

"Bells!!"

I was tackled to the ground.

"Oy Frankie lovely to see you too hun but please get off."

"OH SORRY!!!"

then I got up realized it wasn't just Frankie that showed up to our house.

it was all the guys...and their chicks...oh gosh....and I look like this!!!

"Not that I dont love you guys but what are you doing here?"

Mikey spoke up

"Bells you didn't think we wouldn't come and welcome you to the neighborhood?"

"Huh?"

"Bells we all like within a block of each other."

what did he just say?

"Huh?"

"Yeah we are neighbors!"

Frank had a huge smile on his face.

"Where are my neice and nephew?"

"they are in the living with Gee and Matt."

"OKay cool and oh nice pjs!"

and then he ran off and jumped on the couch.

"oh gosh you guys could have given me some warning I look like shit!"

"Oh no you don't sis now shush and come on lets get this party started!"

oh no...they want to be the death of me.

"Well I am going to get dressed then. I will be back in 5 minutes."

I ran upstaris and got dressed in whatever I could find and rushed back downstairs. to find all the girlfriends in a circle talking.

I walked up to them and introduced myself to those I didn't know.

"Izzy!!! long time girl."

"Yeah Alicia what 6 odd years right?"

"hahaha yeah and what I am an aunt now?"

"You got it hahaha. So whom am I meeting here?"

"Oh yeah sorry this is Christa Ray's girlfriend. and this is Kate Bob's girl."

the petite brunette spoke up.

"Hi Christa, Ray talks about you with so much pride."

"Thanks. I feel kind of guilty about not asking about their girls."

"Nah its alright."

we started talking and ended clicking and started becoming good friends.

"I am glad I am no longer surrounded by guys anymore and that I have some girlfriends now."

"Oh gosh I dont know how you can do it! Touring and playing every night I give you props girl"

Kate spoke. she went with bob on tour once...she swore never again...she liked to feel clean

"I dont know I just love it. and plus I take my brother and my twins with me so I am never alone or bored hahaha."

"Izzy can I ask you something?"

"yeah sure Alicia whats up?"

"I know you and Gee just got engaged but have you made any plans for the big day?"

"Uh.."

i drew a blank..

luckily he came and saved me

"Well we havent decided on anything but if you dont mind sugar i would just love to keep it us and family."

"I think that would be great I have never been into the whole flashy huge wedding thing."

"you got it sugar."

he gave me a kiss on the cheek and smiled and then something I wished he wouldnt have said

"you know what since you gals like to plan little get togethers for us why dont you help Bells plan the wedding?"

"Gee I dont think they would want to he-"

"Oh shush Izzy we would love to! wouldn't we girls?!"

"Yeah i think its a great idea!"

"Oh gosh I have so many ideas already!"

he of course smiled and left me to start planning stuff.

it was like they were going insane.

and I couldn't stop them

"Whoa whoa whoa! hold on a mintue. there is something I would like to say about all of this."

they all immediately stopped and listened.

"I would appreciate the help but this is our day and please please dont go crazy with this. I want it to be simple, elegant, and private okay?"

"you got it Bella."

with that said they went back to chattering.

they werent going to stop so I just left them to plan and I went upstairs to lie down.

I would let them plan this and see what they presented me with.

I always like surprises.

I stared at the ceiling of out bedroom and tried to clear my mind.

the door opened and Matt stood at the door.

"Hey Matty whats up?"

"Nothing much."

he came over and laid next to me.

"Allison I am so proud of you."

"thanks matt but for what?"

"Well for being a great mother, musician, sister and always remaining strong. I am sure dad would be so proud of you."

"I wish he was here enjoying all of this with us."

"Me too. He would have liked Gerard, and his grandkids."

"hahaha yeah he would have spoiled them rotten."

"You got that right."

within thinking of my father and my wedding there was something I had to have Matt do for me.

"Matty can I ask you for a favor?"

"Yes sure sis what do you need?"

"Could you?...do you think?"

"What?"

"Do you think you could give me away on the day?"

"really?"

"Yeah I mean you're my brother,  my twin therefore half of me and I wouldn't want anyone else to."

"I would be honored Alli."

"thanks. I love you."

"Love you too."

we just laid there thinking about our father.

wishing he were here.

and smiled at all the fond memories we had of him.

but our hearts still ached and longed for him.
