A funny little revelation...

we got back to the house and it was quiet.

"Its quiet...too quiet."

we looked around and everyone was gone.

"mama look there is a note."

"read it to me sweetie."

"okay...hmm...its from Aunt Alicia. dear Bella we are done with all the wedding details and went out for some lunch. be back later and oh the gang is with me so don't worry. have a relaxing day and make sure to get plenty of rest for tomorrow. love you Alicia."

"oh thank gosh the craziness has ended."

"well only until tomorrow sis then she is going to be like wedding planner mode hahaha."

"true. come on lets go watch a movie."

we relaxed and popped in Across the universe

then my jaws ring tone went off

"Hey Mikey whats up?"

"Oh hey are you home?"

"Yeah where else would I be?"

"Okay cool I am at the front door could you let me in?"

"Alright."

I went over to the door to see Mikey standing there.

"Come on we are watching a movie."

"cool. look I came here but since I am on a short time I want to make this quick before Alicia thinks I am getting a stripper for Gerard or something."

"There better not be a stripper. "

"Don't worry there isn't I just want to give you this. I am old and new."

"oh gosh...Mikes."

"Now now shush and open it."

I opened the red box he handed me and it revealed a string of pink peals.

"Mikey...they are so beautiful."

"They belong to our grandmother. so they are old but new to you."

"I couldn't have asked for anything better."

I gave him a hug.

"I think gran would have wanted you to have them."

"This means a lot and thank you."

"You are welcome I have to get back and then head to the tux place to make sure everything is in order for tomorrow."

"Alright. see you tomorrow mikes."

"See you tomorrow Ms. Black."

I smiled and looked at the pearls and went back to my place on the couch.

"Oh my gosh mama those are so beautiful who gave them to you?"

"Your uncle Mikey. apparently he was old and new."

"Wow those are something shorty."

"They are."

we enjoyed our little quiet movie night until I started to get drowsy.

I was half awake when I heard people talking.

"Hey Will carry her to her room please?"

"Oh no problem I will be back to help you with the twins."

"alright just be careful with her, I don't want my sis to have a bruise on her wedding day."

"Don't worry Matt she won't."

I felt myself being picked up and being carried upstairs.

"thanks goodness you are light."

"Ha ha...let me sleep."

"Oh shit. thought you were sleeping."

"I was now hurry and get me in bed Beckett."

"Yes ma'am."

he put me down and went for the door.

"Thanks Will. I am glad you are here."

"I told you I wouldn't miss this for anything."

I closed me eyes...and just before I went back to sleep I had a funny little revelation.

I was going to marry the love of my life tomorrow and then we would always be together....forever.

Something about this revelation but made me feel a bit better about the whole extravaganza that was going to be our wedding.
