Dicission and duet

Rileys POV:
Im in culture shock with Thaila talking to her about A troup.
'Its just so strange how ye started as a simple studio who went to regionals and have made it to internationals!' I smile
'Yeah. Its pretty cool'
We sit in silence.
'Hows James?'
'Okay. Its a tough decission for him'
'He must feel so torn inside. Trying to choose between band and internationals must be so hard'
'Yeah it must'
My phone buzzes.
'Kate wants us now in studio A. She has something to tell us'
We get up and go to the studio.
I see James standing with Kate. He must have made a decission.
'Now. James has made a decission. Whats it going to be?'
He looks around and our eyes meet. I cant really tell what hes feeling.
He smiles
'Ive decided to go to internationals with you guyes!'
We all cheer. They give him a hug. I go up to him and pull him aside.
'Are you sure that this is what you want?'
'Yeah'
'But the reason you left was because you wanted to be with the band. And now your suddenly back here'
He puts his head down.
'I did it for the team. If I didnt come back then you wouldnt be going to internationals and the whole year would have been a waist of time'
I look at him.
'You definatly sure you want this?'
'Positive'
He smiles and walks off.
We hang around in studio A for a while and we then leave. We go to James house.
We go upstairs and lye on his bed.
'Im so proud of you James. It wasnt an easy decission but you got through it'
He smiles and puts his arm around my shoulder.
'See. I told you Id be fine!' he smiles.
I look at him.
'So what does it feel like been the newbe on A troup?'
'Not that bad really. I know most of them from school so its good'
He smiles and gets up.
'What are you doing?'
'For internationals there has to be a duet incase of a tie in the competition. So maby we could do one and show it to Kate at the end of the week'
'Awsome!'
I smile and stand up. He walks closer to me.
'You know. One of the reasons that I came back to A troup was because of you'
'Me?'
'When I saw you audition for it, I just saw what an amazing dancer you were. I felt it a way of bringing us closer together than what we already are. Even though it was a hard choice, I felt it was best for both of us. We can also spend more time together'
I look at him.
He sacrificed his band just to be with me in A troup and to bring us closer together.
'Well I think that was a lovely thing to do' I smile.
'Shall we start?'
'Sure!'
I think that things between us will get alot better now that we are around eachother more.
I cant wait to see how it turns out!
