The new A troupe and sweet talk

Rileys POV:

After we preform our first dance as the new A troupe, I go to my cubbie to get a drink. A girl comes over to me.
'Hi' I smile.
'Hello'
'Im Riley. Whats your name?'
'Piper. I know all about you'
'What?'
'Your James girlfriend'
How does she know that?
'How do you know that?'
'Im his cousin'
Ohhh. Now it makes sence.
'Ohhh! Okay! How are you finding A troupe?'
'Am...well Im a little nervous and I dont know what to expect'
'I see. Does James know that you auditioned?'
'Yeah. He told me not to though. He said its alot of hard work and very stressfull'
'Well he wasnt lieing about that. It really is stressfull'
'Ive always wanted to be like him, and then when he moved to Englad I knew that was my chance to become the dancer I really wanted to be'
I smile at her.
'I auditioned for A troupe last year when they needed someone to take James place'
'But he was with you at internationals'
'That was because one of the dancers left the studio and we needed someone to replace her. So after alot of thinking, James came back to A troupe'
'Why did he leave?'
'He didnt want to dance anymore. He wanted to be with his band and to spend more time with me'
'That is so cute!'
I smile.
'Every time I see him he always talks about how amazing you are. I remember him saying something like she is the most beautiful person in the world. She reminds me of flowers in spring and when she dances its like magic. She makes me feel so happy and alive when Im around her. She makes life worth living. She is a princess. She is my one and only princess and nothing will change that. I love her so so so much'
I didnt know what to say. I knew that I ment alot to him, but I never knew I meant that much to him. A tear falls down my cheek.
'Oh Riley! I never meant to upset you'
'You didnt. I just found that so beautiful'
She smiles.
'He loves you so much Riley. He always has. He once said that if you ever left him he would be heartbroken. He wouldnt know what to do with himself'
'After hearing that, Im never going to leave him. I love him too much' I tell her.
Its true. Hes the love of my life and I wouldnt change that for the world.
'Can I ask you something?' she says.
'Sure'
'Is A troupe as hard as everyone says it is?'
I nod.
'Yeah. But if you work hard and stick with the team, it will pay off. A troupe is the only troupe in this whole studio that enters regionals, nationals and internationals. If you get into A troupe and feature in any of the dances in the competition then your guaranteed a career in dance'
'So all I have to do is work hard'
'Yep'
'Cool! I got this sister!'
'Sister?'
'Yeah! Since Im related to James and your his girlfriend, your my sister. Thats is you want to'
'Id love to!' I smile hugging her.
'Yay! Hey, dont even worry about it! I got this!' she says cheerfully walking off. I smile.
This year is going to be fun!
James POV:
When Riley told me she got into A troupe, I was so happy. I knew she would get in! She an amazing dancer. I make a cup of coffe and sit on the coutch and scroll through messages. Riley calls. I answer it as her face appears on the screen.
'Hey Riles! Whats up?'
'Nothing much. Whats happening there?'
'Nothing. Just chillin at home'
'I met someone today'
'Oh yeah? Who?'
'Piper. Your cousin!'
'Pipes! I havent seen her in forever! How is she?'
'Shes great! She got into A troupe and is so pummped!'
'I bet!'
'She told me that she has always wanted to be like you and now that your in England she saw it as her chance to become the dancer she has always wanted to be'
'She is a pretty amazing dancer. Just like you'
She puts her head down and blushes. I smile.
'She also told me that you talk alot about me'
I shuffle in my seat.
'Oh yeah?'
'Apparently you said alot of beautiful things about me'
'Like what?'
'That Im the most beautiful person in the world. That I remind you of flowers in spring. When I dance...'
'Its like magic. You make me feel so happy and alive. You make life worth living. Your my very own princess that I love so much. You make the impossible seem possible. As long as Im with you I know that we can get through anything together. Because I love you. And always will' I say to her.
She looks at me and I can see tears forming.
'I remember telling her that. I remember the look she gave me when I said it too her. None of it made any sence to her'
She smiles.
'I miss you Riles. Been without you is killing me'
'I know James. Its killing me too but everything will be fine. Dont even worry about it!'
I laugh.
'Your cute'
'You are too'
We just look at eachother.
'Well Im gonna go. Ill talk to you tomorrow' she says.
'Okay bye. I love you'
'I love you too. And just so you know, you make me feel all thoes things too James'
'I reming you of flowers?'
'Nooo. Not excatly flowers. Lets just say you remind me of shawarma. Alot of shawarma'
I laugh.
'Okay! I remind you of alot of shawarma!'
She smiles.
'Love you. Bye'
'Love you too'
And with that her cute face dissapears off the screen. I smile. Im so lucky to have Riley in my life.
