Rileys POV:
Its strange without James here but Im okay. He deserves a break.
I walk into the studio to look at the dances.
'Hey guyes!' I smile.
'Riley!' they smile back.
'You ready to dance'
They nod and line up.
'Remember guyes! Regionals is in two weeks! We have to be ready!'
They nod and start.
'Good energy guyes! Watch thoes turns! Noah make sure Richelle is nice and high! Good! That high kick is much better guyes!'
They finish the dance.
'Good job! Just work on the spacing a little'
I look around.
'Wheres Rose?'
She runs in.
'Sorry Im late!'
'Class started 10 minutes ago Rose! You cant be late!' Richelle says harshly.
'Thank you Richelle!' I say quitening her.
'Why are you late?'
'I um...there was a family emergancy. I had to go and we just got delayed. Im sorry'
I sigh.
'Okay. Just dont let it happen again'
She nods and lines up with the others. Richelle stares at me. I know how wary she is of her but she needs to start trusting her. Shes part of the team now.
'Okay from the top! 5,6,7,8!'
They go through the dance once more.
'Okay guyes! Take a break. We'll go again in a few minutes'
They nod and walk off. My phone rings. Its James.
R-hey James!
J-hey Ri. Hows things?
R-great actually. Hows England?
J-lets just say it hasnt changed
R-well thats good. Right?
He laughs.
J-yeah it is
I see everyone walking back in.
R-i gotta go. Ill talk to you later
J-okay. Bye. Love you
R-love you too
I hang up and get back to rehersal.
Hopefully everything will be ready for regionals by the time James gets back.
The one thing that I can say is that todays rehersal has gone so well so far.
Hopefully it will stay like that.
