Rileys POV:
James is back from visiting his mom in the hospital. I have something to tell him, and I know he wont take it well.
'Hey Ri'
'Hey'
He looks at me.
'You okay?'
'Sit down'
He sits next to me.
'I...um...I called off the wedding'
'You what!'
'Please dont be mad! I did it for you'
'Seriously! I told you that we wouldnt cancel the wedding!'
'And I told you that you would get to go to the gig!'
'I dont believe you actually called off the wedding!'
'I did this for you James! This is what youve always wanted! To be in a band and perform live infront of thousands even millions of people! And now is your chance and you just want to throw it away like it never mattered. Like all that hard work meant nothing to you!'
'Of course it meant something! All I ever wanted was to be in a band! But that gives you no right to call the wedding off like that! Especially when you didnt tell me you would!'
'Cant we just re-scedule it!'
'No Riley! We cant just re-scedule it! It might work for us! But not for everyone else! People have their own lives too you know! Its not always about us Riley!'
'Its never about us James! It never has been and never will be! I thought you might see it from my perspective and see that I was doing this for you!'
I then get up and leave.
'Riley!' I hear him call. I ignore him and leave the building.
I pull out my phone.
R- Are you at the appartment? I really need a friend right now.
M-of course. Come on over and we can talk. Hope your okay'
R-Im not but thanks. See u soonxxx
M-see u soonxxx
I put my phone away and wipe the tears that had started to fall.
If theres any time that I needed Michelle the most...its right now.
