Speeches and dance

James POV:
We're at the reception having something to eat. Everyone is congradulating us. It feels so good to be finally married to Riley. Im so happy! Its finally time for the speeches. I get everyones attention.
'Hey guyes! Sorry to bother you but I think its time fot the speeches. Riley do you wanna go first?'
She shakes her head.
'No way. You go!'
'Okay! Chill! Im going!'
Everyone smiles.
'Now then. Riley. God where do I start?'
People laugh.
'I guess I could say that you have a really really bad habbit of hitting me'
She looks at me.
'When I say one thing...you hit me...when I say another thing...you hit me!'
'I do not!' she says obvousily hitting me.
'You did just there!'
She hits me again.
'Oh no! Have I just made a terrible mistake in marrying you?'
Everyone laughs.
'I guess I could also say that....your amazing. Youve been through so much and I dont know how you did it. And when mom got sick a while back...I was sure that was it. I know that you sometimes think of me as the strong one...but the truth is...Im not as strong as you think I am. I try to be...but it doesnt always work out. And when mom got sent in to hospital...everything around me came crashing down. But you were by me every single day. You made sure I was okay. It was the same after the crash. You slept on a chair for crying out loud!'
Everone laughs.
'Well where else was I supposed to sleep?' she asks.
'On a bed? In the b and b!'
'Maby I didnt want to!'
'Maby you should have!'
'Okay! Enough!' my mom says cutting us off.
'Get back on track here! Its only a stupid chair. God your not even married a day and your allready arguing!'
We laugh.
'Anyway...what Im trying to say is...that without you Im nothing. I couldnt have gotten through any of what happened without you. So thank yiu. From the bottom of my heart. And I will always love you. And I bet if dad was alive today and was sitting here...he would have loved you. He would have thought of you as his daughter. But I know hes looking down on us now saying...god..thoes children need to grow up and start looking towards a good career in life!'
Everyone laughs. Riley smiles at me. I sit down. She starts her speech.
'Well...um...I guess there is nothing much I can say. All I can say is that Im not the easiest person to be around. I make a bid deal over little ones. I make stupid mistakes. I...I dont really know how you put up with me at times James'
I stand up and look at her. I put a hand on her cheek.
'I dont put up with you Riley'
She puts her head down.
'I love you'
She looks at me. She smashes her lips against mine. I take in the moment. She smiles and hugs me.
'I love you James'
'I love you too Riley'
Everyone cheers.
'You wanna dance?' I ask her.
'Yeah'
I lead her onto the dance floor. Im kinnda excited cause I have a huge surprise for her soon. I hope she likes it.
Rileys POV:
James takes my hand and leads me onto the dance floor. Slow music starts to play. I rest my head on his shoulder as we slowely dance.

When the dance is finished James smiles at me.
'You know how you love Ed Sheeren right?' he says.
'Yeah?' I smile.
'Well I got a surprise for you'
I look at him. He looks over to the door.
Suddenly Ed Sheeren walks in. Im shocked. I cant believe hes at my own wedding! This is a dream come true! He comes over to us.
'Congradulations' he says.
'T-thanks' I say nervously.
James smiles at me.
'C-can I h-have y-your autograph please?' I ask him.
He smiles.
'Sure'
He signs a peice of paper. I stare at it.
'James! He just signed a peice of paper!' I squeel.
He laughs.
'I cant believe your here! I must be dreaming!'
'Nope! Its all very true babe!' James smiles.
I look at him.
'How did you get him to come here?'
'Dont even worry about it!'
I smile.
'As a congradulations gift...I have two free tickets for you two to see me live in a month' he says handing us a pair of tickets. I look at them and squeel.
'Im going to see you live!'
I hug him. He laughs. He walks off to set up for his song. I turn to James.
'Why do you have to be so perfect?'
He smiles.
'Its what I do'
I laugh. I place my head on his shoulder again as a slow song is played.

When the song is finished I look at James.
'Thank you James. For everything'
He smiles.
'Your welcome baby'
I lean in and kiss him.
'Lets give it up for the happy coupple! Mr and Mrs Torjman everybody!' Ed shouts.
Everyone cheeres.
He plays some upbeat songs.

'This song goes out to James and Riley! Congradulations guyes! Hope you have many happy years ahead of you!' Ed says

We clap when hes done.
'Allright guyes! I got one song left and then I gotta ditch you all! But Ill be seeing you newly weds at my cocert next month!' he says.
We smile.
He plays his last song

This has been the best day of my life. I got to marry James and then meet my favourite singer in person. Ill never forget this wedding.
I cant wait to see what the future holds for both of us!
