James POV:
We're all entering the studio after our win at regionals and everyone is so happy. Me and Riley have decided to tell everyone that we're leaving the next step. Miss Kate already knows about it and shes happy for us. Kate gets everyones attention.
'Listen up guyes! James and Riley has something to tell you'
They all go quiet. Riley steps foward.
'Well me and James have been talking and we think that...well the next step has changed our lives. Its always been our home but there comes a time when you have to leave and move on'
They all look confused and look at me for help.
'What Riley is trying to say is that...we're leaving the next step'
A gasp fills the room.
'Why?'
'Well we've both achevied what we wanted to and we think its time to move on and look towards the future' Riley tells them.
'Then if your leaving...whos going to be our choreographers for Nationals?' Richelle asks.
'We talked to two people in this room and theyve happily agreed to take our spot. The people taking over from us are Michelle and Amanda'
Everyone claps.
'We know your going to do great'
'Wait. I have a question' Richelle says.
'Sure'
'Do I still get to be dance captain?'
'Thats up to Michelle and Amanda'
She looks at them.
'Well youve gotten us this far so yeah. We'd be happy to keep you as dance captain'
'Thank you!' she says hugging them.
'Well lets not just stand here! Lets celebrate our win!' Kate smiles.
We all dance around.
Our time at the next step has been amazing and Im looking foward to the future.
