Somewhere on a far off island Maui was humming a tune and thinking of Moana. Little did he know that Moana was humming the same tune and also thinking of him.

Moana: Boy, I hear you in my dreams
I feel your whisper across the sea

Maui shape shifts into a giant hawk and flies towards Monotuni. Moana walks to the shore line thinking to herself. When Maui lands he hears Moana finishing the same tune he was humming earlier and walk up singing.

Maui:
And so I'm sailing through the sea
To an island where we'll meet
You'll hear the music fill the air
I'll put a flower in your hair

Moana smiles and turns to face Maui. Maui smiles as Moana sings back while walking up to him.

Moana:
Though the breezes through the trees
Move so pretty you're all I see
As the world keeps spinning round
You hold me right here right now

Both grab one another hands and smile.
