Moana's P.O.V

Its pitch black. Then suddenly it starts to light up. Its Punzie's hair! I smile. The guys are shocked. We see a tiny hole. We all swim to it and remove the rocks. We all plunge into a river. We hop onto the bank and gasp for air.

"We made it! We're alive!" Punzie says.

"Her hair glows!" Eugene says. Maui looks as surprised and confused as Eugene.

"Maui." I say. 

"Did you know she could do that?!" Maui asks Pascal.

"EUGENE!" Punzie says.

"What?!" He says.

"It doesn't just glow." Punzie says. Pascal smiles.

"Why is he smiling?!" Eugene asks.

I help pull out Maui and Eugene denies for any help. We start a fire and dry off. Punzie sits next to Flynn and I sit next to Maui.

"So your being strangely cryptic as you wrap you magic hair daround my injured hand." Flynn says. I roll my eyes.

"Psst! What's she doing?" Maui asks.

"Watch!" I whisper.

"Ow." Flynn says.

"Sorry! Just don't...don't freak out ok?" Punzie says. Flynn looks at his hand. Maui and I watch intensely. Then Punzie starts to sing. I smile.

Flower, gleam and glow

When Punzie finishes Flynn unwraps his hand. He starts to shake. Maui gets up and looks. He starts to shake too.

"Please don't freak out!" We say. The men look at each other and smile.

"We're not freaking out, are you two freaking? We're just interested in your hair and the magical qualities it possess! How long has it been doing that?!" They say. Punzie looks at each other.

"Its been doing that ever since we can ever remember!" I say. Punzie moves some hair out of the way to show the one small brown hair.

"Mother explained to us about people wanting it for themselves and they tried to cut it. But once its cut, it turns brown and it loses its power. And a gift like that has to be protected. That's why..." Punzie says.

"That's why you two never left that tower." Flynn finishes. We look at the two.

"And you two are still gonna go back?" Maui asks.

"No! Yes! I mean...we don't know." I say.

"So...Eugene Fitzhurbert huh?" Punzie says.

"Ah yes! Well I'll spare you the details." Flynn says. Maui and I chuckle. Maui walks over and sits next to me.

"So...how did you two meet?" I ask. Maui looks at Eugene and smiles.

"We were orphans. We were thick as thieves back then. But we always had each others backs. We may fight from time to time but, I know that we can never slipt apart." Maui says. I nod.

"Punzie and I are the same way." I say. Punzie giggles and I look. She is looking at Fylnn but I see something. Love. I look at Maui and he looks at me.

"What?" He asks. Then Flynn clears his throat.

"I think we and by we I mean me and Maui should go get more firewood." Flynn says. Maui looks at me and smiles. He places a hand on top of mine.

"I'll be back." He says. I smile. He gets up and walks with Fylnn. We look at each other and giggle.

"Well! I thought they never leave!" We hear. We gasp and turn to see...Mother?!

"Mother?!" We says. "Hello girls!" She says.

"How did you find us?!" I ask. She walks up to us.

"Oh call it Mother's intuition. I just listen for trail of betrayal and follow it." She says.

"Mother." We say.

"Come on girls! Were going home!" Mother says.

"No!" We say.

"What?" She ask.

"I think Eugene likes me." Punzie says.

"And I think Maui likes me too." I say.

Mother Gothel:
Likes you? Please, girls, that's demented.

This is why you never should have left
Dear, this whole romance that you've invented
Just proves you're too naive to be here
Why would he like you? Come on now - really!
Look at you - you think that he's impressed?

Mother -

Girls in unison:

Mother Gothel:
No?! Oh. I see how it is.

She sings as she pulls out the crown.

"What?! How did you find that?!" Punzie says.

This is why they're here!

Then Mother disappears. We look at each other in disbelief.

"We're back!" Maui says. We stare looking where Mother stood.

"Hey. You guys ok?" Flynn asks.

"Hmm? Yes I'm ok." Punzie says. I still stare where Mother stood. Then I feel a hand on my shoulder. I jump.

"Hey? You ok?" Maui asks.

"I uh...I thought I saw something." I say. Maui checks me over.

"Are you hurt?" He asks. I look into his eyes and see concern. I smile. I place a hand on his cheek.

"Yes I'm fine. I'm just...tired." I say. He nods.

He takes off his jacket and gives to me.

"Here. Its going to get chilly." He says. I smile.

"Thank you Maui." I say. He needs. I walk by Maui and lie down next to Punzie. I close my eyes and smile.
