Maui's P.O.V

"Miloni! I'm ho- WHAT THE HELL?!" I shout. I see my girlfriend kissing a different guy. She pulls away and looks at me.

"Babe! I can explain!" She says. I stand in shock and she stands up. I slam the door and start walking towards my car.

"MAUI WAIT!" She shouts.

"There's nothing to explain! I just caught you red handed!" I shout.

"It was a mistake for me to cheat on you! Please don't go!" She begs.

"It's over Miloni. We're through." I say. I walk to my car and slam the door shut. I drive to my bar called Lucky 18.

I walk up and security moves for me. I enter and take a seat.

"Hey Neil. A Gin and Tonic." I say. Neil nods. He whips up my drink and slides it over. Then a girl that looks a year younger than comes up and sits a seat away from me.

"A Vodka Tonic please." She says. Neil nods. He mixes up the concoction and poor's it in a glass. Then he sets it down.

"Rough day?" I say as I play with my drink.

"Yeah... How bout you?" She says.

"Same here. What's your story?" I ask. She takes a sip and sighs.

"I drove to my boyfriend's apartment and was really excited. As I unlocked the door I saw him kissing another girl. A model I bet." She says.

"I'm sorry." I say. She looks at me and I see her face for the first time. She's Polynesian like me. She has long dark brown curls and a cute nose. She has a bright white smile and the most beautiful shade of brown eyes like the color of whiskey. She has soft sunkissed brown skin and a beautiful figure.

"I'm Moana." She says.

"Maui." I say.

"So, what's your story?" She asks.

"Same as you actually. I drove to my girlfriends house and when I unlock the door I see her kissing another guy." I say. Suddenly I feel a gentle warmth on my hand. I look down and see another hand on mine that is much smaller. I trace the arm up and meet Moana's eyes.

"I'm sorry." She says. I chuckle softly.

"Thanks for listening." I say as I nudge her playfully.

"So...what are you going to do now?" I ask.

"I really don't know. But I do know that I'm out of the dating game for a while." She says a sigh. We sit in silence.

"How about you?" She says.

"I might look for someone new but I think I going to wait." I say. Suddenly she laughs. I look at her.

"What's so funny?" I ask.

"What's funny is that we are both in the same boat, and that we are planning to wait too!" She says. I smile and let a small laugh. We laugh for a minute and then everything else was silent.

Suddenly the door opens.

"Moana! Oh there you are!" Says a guy.

"Ethan! What the hell do you want?!" She says both surprised and angry.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to cheat!" He says walking towards her.

"Don't come near me!" She says coldly. He stops then keeps walking. He was about to pass me when I decide to do something.
