Moana's P.O.V

I wake up and do my routine. I head to Eddy's and Maui is waiting once again. We eat and head over to Central Park. We walk around and I smile. The fair is on Friday and today is Tuesday. We walk around and then we head back to Ed's around six thirty. We eat and then we walk together. I stop at my building and Maui keeps walking. The next day we go to the Empire State Building. We ride to the top and look at the view. We eat and do the same thing. We head our own ways. On Thursday we head to the Statue of Liberty. As we eat at Ed's, Maui asks me about the fair.

"Sure we can go!" I say. He smiles and we pay and head our own ways.

As I head to bed my phone pings. Foreign Prince Disappears Once Again After Meeting on Monday! Maui was in a meeting on Monday. But so was most of New York! Why on Earth did I think of Maui. I mean sure we have been hanging out during the week but...oh never mind. I grab my purse and walk out. I walk to work and clock in. I walk to my cubical and I see Dijonay.

"You going to the fair?" She asks as she slows her walk.

"I am." I say.

"Really! With whom may I ask." She says.

"Maui." I say grabbing a file.

"Let me guess? Another invitation?" She says.

"Actually...I'm considering this a date." I say walking past her.

"No way!" She says as she rushes up to me.

"Yes way. Now shoo!" I say as I walk back to my desk.  I work and the day ends slowly. I sigh and clock out. I walk out and rush to Eddy's. I look around and see that I actually beat Maui this time. I sit down and wait.

Five minutes go by. Then ten, then twenty five and then half an hour. I sigh and start to get up. I see the door open. Its Maui! He looks around and smiles.

"Sorry! I got held up in my meeting!" He apologizes.

"Its ok! I understand! Now! Let's go shall we?" I ask. He smiles and we walk out. We walk to Central Park and pay five dollars to get in. We walk in and I see many games like Ring Toss and Duck Hunt. I look and see many rides that include rollercoasters for kids and a Ferris Wheel.

"Wow." I hear Maui say. I giggle and grab his hand.

"Come on! Let's go play some games." I say. We walk to the Ring Toss. I see a little boy throwing what looks like his last ring. He throws and misses.

"Aw man." He says. Maui looks at him and pays the man a dollar. Maui throws and lands on a bottle.

"Winner!" The man says. The man hands Maui a goldfish and Maui hands the fish to the boy.

"Here you go squirt." He says.

"Aw thanks mister! Hey lady! Your boyfriend is the greatest!" The little boy says.

I feel my cheeks flush at the word boyfriend. Maui chuckles and ruffels the kids hair. The little boy carefully walks up and shows his mother.

"Mama! Look what that man gave me!" He says. Maui chuckles.

"Kids...love them. Don't you?" He asks me.
