Menggay begs RJ to bring her to the prom. She has a new camera and wants to use it to capture the fairy lights and the dancing people. RJ is quiet in their trisikol ride home.
That weekend, she and Tian give the askal Prince Charmeng a bath when RJ comes to speak with her father. They talk a long time, shake hands and hug.
Her Tatay calls her. RJ will take her out tonight he says.
Tian begs to go with them but RJ is insistent that it's just strictly between him and Menggay.
He promises Tian a pack of Oishi.
Tian raises two fingers "Duwa."
