She's avoiding him.

All week since his heart declaration.

She is now in Pinto Museum in Antipolo. It's a Sunday and the place is jampacked with selfie-takers and couples on dates.

The crowd overwhelms.

She finally gets a room to herself. It's a tiny, chapel-like space with oil on wood artworks. She photographs the surreal images of floating figures rendered mostly in ochres, grays and blues.

She spots one painting of a boy. His hand is positioned as if releasing a flower. Around him, flying away are its red petals and leaves.

The boy neither smiles nor frowns. He is captured in a moment, when the wind is stronger than his grasp.

She realizes then that the boy she is running away from is not just any other boy. He is her RJ, the one she vows to marry at any age.

She doesn't want to float away.
