Jake, Peter and I followed Liam secretly and carefully. I don't know where the hell he is headed to lalo pa't parang iba ang nadadaanan namin.

Malubak ang daan, karamihan sa mga sasakyan ay mga tricycle and there are lots of trees.

Even the houses are not that big and elegant, it almost felt like we're going in a province.

Even some of the people I have seen while I'm driving are dressed on a simple clothes.

"Where the hell is this place, bro?" Jake asked me.

"Like I have any idea, dumbass." I answered, not looking at him.

"It's called Barangay Paralaya." Peter said, that's when I saw a signed that indicates we're indeed headed to this certain Barangay.

Is Liam really going in a place like this?

"Liam really changed, I never thought that he could go in a place like this." Jake said, "I mean, what's with this place that someone like the Liam goes here?" Tanong niya.

And why are you so noisy, Jake?

"Shut up, we'll find out soon." I said to Jake bago ko iliko ang sasakyan ko papunta sa isang kantong pinasukan ng sasakyan ni Liam.

I'm getting curious as to what Liam is doing in this place.

"There, we'll find the answer there." I said before I turned off the engine of my car.

PETER

BARANGAY PARALAYA.

What's with this place?

Why would Liam even bother himself and go here? In a place like this?

I immediately went out the car as soon as Chad parked it and turned the engine off.

"Let's go." I said before I started walking, leaving the two of them behind.

Nakaka ilang hakbang palang ako nang mapansin kong binuksan ni Liam ang compartment ng sasakyan niya.

From there, I saw him getting a well arranged bouquet of white flowers, those are roses. White roses.

What are those flowers for and why are they arranged like that?

Liam then closed the compartment and pressed something on his car keys before he walked again.

"What are you looking at?" Jake asked when they reached me.

"Shut up and just walk." I said and continued walking.

Chad and Peter seem to be all worked up with the fact that the Liam is in a place like this.

I mean, who wouldn't be? Lalo pa't ang isang gaya niya ay hindi mo lubos aakalain na makakapunta sa lugar gaya nito.

It's a simple barangay. Fresher air, less noisy surroundings and simple, plane simple.

The three of us have been following Liam for a while and right now, we're almost upon him.

Hindi ko lang alam kung talagang hindi kami napapansin ni Liam o sadyang hinahayaan niya lang kaming tatlo.

Ano ba ang meron dito?

"Wait." Peter said that's why we stopped walking. Nang tignan ko naman kung saan naka tingin si Peter at Chad ay ganun nalang ang pagka kunot ng noo ko.
