After the woman dressed Nicole she left Klaus alone to talk to her when she woke up. Elijah went outside to talk to the woman and get more information about Nicole's birthmark and her pack. Klaus had given Nicole some blood once they left to heal the wounds she had endured during her transformation. "Please wake up love. I need to know you're alright." He brushed a stray piece of hair out of her face and caressed her cheek. Klaus hadn't told Nicole he loved her nor had she said it to him. Truth was he did love his daughter; unconditionally. She was changing him and it scared the crap out of him. She was making him the man he was before his mother cursed them to be vampires. As much as he wanted his daughter to spend forever by his side he wasn't going to turn her unless she asked. If she wanted to have a family and grow old he would let her; but if she asked to be a hybrid and spend forever with her family, he would do it in a heartbeat.
He saw a bowl on the nightstand with a wet rag in it. He pulled the rag out of the water, drained the excess water and began to dab the water on Nicole's forehead. The cool water startled her. She slowly began to open her eyes. "Dad?" He smiled. "Hello love. How are you feeling?" She put her hand to her face and rubbed her head. She had a headache. "I'm really sore. What the hell happened?" She had no memory of turning. "You don't remember do you? What is the last thing you remember?" She looked around and tried to remember. "Um, Uncle Elijah ripping out two guys hearts and grabbing Agnes." Klaus didn't understand why she didn't remember. "Why? What else happened and where are we?" Klaus looked down and then looked at her. "You killed Agnes." Nicole's eyes went wide in horror. "No. I couldn't have. I would've triggered my curse." Klaus couldn't look her in the face but Nicole could already tell by his expression what he was thinking. "I did trigger my curse didn't I?" Klaus slowly nodded. Nicole clenched her jaw. Klaus heard her swallow in fear and her heartbeat quicken. "Did I turn?" Klaus looked her in the eyes and nodded. Nicole bit her lip and nodded in acceptance. "Did I hurt anyone?" Klaus smiled and shook his head. Nicole took a huge breath of relief. "Thank God... Ok so I'm a witch and a werewolf now. Marcel is going to kill me." Klaus grabbed her hand in his and pulled her chin to look at him. "Marcel is not going to lay a hand on you. I will slaughter him or anyone who tries to harm you. Do you understand me?" Nicole nodded in fear of her father because she knew he meant every word.
Elijah came back into the cabin and smiled at Nicole. "How are you my dear?" Nicole smiled. "Sore, but I'll live." Klaus smiled. She was a survivor. Just like Ivy; she was tough as nails. "I think we should be leaving. It is getting late." Elijah said looking at the clock on his phone. "Yeah I'm gonna be sleeping for a week or so." Klaus and Elijah chuckled. The woman who helped Nicole came into the cabin. "Who are you?" Nicole asked. "I'm Eve. I watched you turn. You actually knocked down a tree or two." Nicole's eyes widened in shock. "How?" Nicole couldn't understand how she was strong enough to uproot trees. "With your magic. You felt your transformation to intensely; your magic impacted the trees." Nicole couldn't believe how powerful she was. Klaus and Elijah were amazed as well but very certain they were gonna have to help her control her magic. "If I knocked down two trees just from turning this one time; what's gonna happen when I turn every full moon?"
