MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Nicole went up to her room. When she got to her door she saw it was open when she specifically closed it this morning. She pulled out her gun and held it in front of her as she kicked the door wide open to reveal Jeremy playing video games on her bed. "Woah! Nic, put the gun away!" Nicole stomped her foot in anger. "Jeez Jer! I could've killed you! What are you doing?!" He looked around. "What does it look like I'm doing?!" He shouted. "I mean; why are you in my room?!" She shouted back. "Why are you yelling at me?!" He again shouted. "Because I could've killed you Jeremy and I wouldn't been able to live without you, you idiot!" Nicole put her gun away and slumped to the floor in frustration. Jeremy just stared at her with wide eyes. She looked at him and felt terrible. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you." Nicole said close to tears. Jeremy nodded. "It's okay Nic." Jeremy said. He continued to stare at her.

Nicole didn't move. She heard the floor creak and saw Jeremy making his away over to her on the floor. He kneeled down to her level and smiled at her. He pushed her hair out of her face. They were close. Too close. Jeremy had the perfect chance to do what he'd always dreamed of doing. So he did it. He kissed her. This kiss with Jeremy was gentle, soft and magical. He cupped Nicole's cheeks, and she kissed back immediately. She sat up so they were closer. She ran her fingers through his hair. Electric shocks ran through their bodies. The gentle kiss suddenly became passionate and full of longing. Everything one was feeling, the other felt the same. Nicole pulled out of the kiss. Both panting. Nicole looked him in the eyes. "Why did you do that?" Jeremy just stared at her and moved a piece of hair behind her ear. "I have to tell you something."

Nicole knew what was coming. "No. No. No." She got up and moved away from Jeremy. "Nicole please." She kept shaking her head. "Nicole!" She stopped. "What?" Jeremy looked at the floor then back at her. "Your dad was right." Nicole's eyes widened. "I've been keeping it a secret for too long, Nicole. I need to tell you and even if you don't feel the same, you need to know... I do love you. I am in love with you, Nicole. I have been for as long as I can remember..." Nicole just stared at him with tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry." Jeremy said and left the room.

For the next few minutes everything Jeremy said was ringing in her head. He loved her. He was in love with her. She tried to think straight. The kiss alone held so much emotion from him. What surprised her was how much emotion came out of her. The sparks that flew between them. The lingering feeling of his lips on hers. She missed him already. She needed to talk to someone. Time to find her dear Uncle Elijah.
