After her talk with Klaus, Nicole walked into her room and saw all of Jeremy's games and xbox still hooked up to her tv. She growled in frustration. She then angrily walked over to her tv and unhooked all the wires and carried all of his stuff to his room. She composed herself and knocked on his door. There was no answer so as she was bending down to put his stuff down in front of the door; the door swung open and her face met Jeremy's crotch. "What are you doing?" Jeremy asked sounding annoyed. Nicole didn't appreciate his tone. She snapped back up and pretty much dropped all his stuff into his arms. "Just giving you all your crap you left in my room and to tell you that I arranged your transportation for tomorrow morning at 9am to take you home." She refused to look him in the eyes. He turned and put all his stuff down. "Who says I wanna leave? What if I wanna stay here with you?" Jeremy asked crossing his arms. Nicole walked into his room; forgetting to shut the door. "You don't wanna stay with me. You've already made that quite clear." Nicole said scoffing at him. "What are you talking about?" Jeremy was confused. "I'm taking about earlier when you basically blamed me for you not being able to have a good relationship. Well guess what I had the same problem; hence why I'm standing here with you and not Stefan!" She yelled.
She was stark raving mad. He had a look of guilt take over his face. He moved closer to her but she took a step back. "Nic don't push me away." He said trying to grab her hand. Nicole pulled away from him. "No Jeremy. Its not gonna work. I'm doing what's best for you. You belong in Mystic Falls with Elena and Bonnie and Matt. That's your family. They need you more than I do." She spun on her heel about to leave but Jeremy wrapped his arms around her waist taking her by surprise. She felt a tingling sensation go up her spine. He tightened his hold on her. "I need to be with the woman I love." Jeremy whispered in her ear. Nicole felt the heat of his breath on her. He surprised her again by kissing her neck. She felt electricity flow through her body. She had to stop him. "Jeremy please don't do this." Her voice trembled. Nicole tried so hard to keep her cool. "Don't do what?" Jeremy asked spinning her around. He made her face him. He studied her face and she studied hers. They inched closer and closer. As Jeremy leaned in Nicole turned her head. "You are going back to Mystic Falls tomorrow. You're going to live your life without me." She said looking past him and trying to escape his grasp. He wouldn't let go. "I don't want to live without you." Jeremy said keeping his hold on Nicole's waist. He quickly moved his hands to her face and cupped her cheeks. "How many times do I have to say it? I'm in love with you. I'm not going anywhere." Jeremy said looking from her eyes to her lips then to her eyes again. He saw it. She loved him. She couldn't say it and wouldn't say it because of the bond but he didn't care. He saw in her eyes that she loved him just as much as he loved her.
Before Nicole had a chance to respond or protest Jeremy slammed his lips onto hers. Jeremy tangled his hands into her hair while Nicole hands were gripping the lower sides of his shirt. This kiss was so much different than the last one. It was full of love over any other emotion. They broke apart for a chance to breathe. They just stared at each other but Jeremy quickly broke the silence. "Tell me you don't love me." He said it with such dominance it scared Nicole. "Jer, please..." He cut her off. "Say it. Tell me to my face that you want me to leave tomorrow because you don't love me the way I love you!" He was frustrated and he was done waiting for her and her stubbornness to finally admit that she loved him. "Okay! I love you!" She pushed away from him, trying to get some breathing room. She started to chuckle to herself. "I'm so in love with you I was sending you home so you could be free of the soul mate bond!" Nicole was shouting now.
Everyone in the compound was probably listening intently. Jeremy had a look of confusion on his face. "Nic there is no way out of the soul mate bond! You were born to love me and I was born to love you. That's how the bond works. That's what soul mates are." Jeremy said with conviction moving closer to her. "You could send me to Guam and it wouldn't change a damn thing. I'd still love you and you'd still love me." Jeremy was breathing heavily. He was getting very worked up over the whole thing. Nicole was just standing there staring at him. She'd never seen him that angry. "Just stop trying to break the bond! The only person who can reverse a spell is the witch who cast it. Bonnie taught me that." He stated trying to calm down. Nicole just nodded. "Well I guess you're stuck with a witch/werewolf hybrid girlfriend who's father is the original hybrid who killed your sister... kind of." Nicole shrugged. Jeremy chuckled. Nicole smiled. Jeremy closed the space between them and kissed her. He picked her up as she wrapped her legs around his waist. Nicole ran her fingers through his hair as he held her with one arm the other was cupping her face. They broke apart to see lust in each other's eyes. "We should probably stop." Nicole said looking from his lips to his eyes. "Yeah. Okay." Jeremy said out of breath. He put her down gently. Nicole straightened out her shirt, wiped her mouth, and shook out her hair. Jeremy laughed at her. "Okay so I'm gonna go cancel that car to Mystic Falls." Nicole said pointing to the door. "Good because I don't think I'm ever going back." Jeremy said pulling Nicole by the belt loops on her jeans. Nicole smirked as Jeremy closed the space between them and pecked her lips. Nicole pulled away and ran out the door chuckling.
