One of Marcel's guys; Josh took Nicole home. Nicole was petrified about what her father would say about Marcel finding out she's a witch. Hopefully he wouldn't discover the wolf part of her. She just had to make sure she didn't trigger her curse. She knocked on the door. Klaus opened it smiling in confusion. "Nicole, Joshua. What's going on?" Nicole knew Josh was working for Klaus. "We have a problem." Klaus' amused expression turned to fear. "Get in." He pulled Nicole and Josh into the house and slammed the door. "what is it?" Nicole sighed. "First, Marcel knows I'm a witch." Klaus had panic written all over his face. Nicole continued "Second; he has a secret weapon that controls the witches." Klaus' looked at her with curiosity. "Another witch." KLaus looked in amazement. "Clever. A powerful witch that can track all the other witches when they perform magic." Nicole nodded. "This witch of his is gonna 'train' me in exchange for helping keep the witches in line." Klaus was deep in thought. "You and Marcel are making a lot of deals. This could be dangerous." Nicole rolled her eyes. "It was either that or he keeps Elijah and I become a target." Klaus nodded in understanding. "Joshua! You are to protect Nicole always. Do you understand?" Josh nodded. "Wait so I'm gonna have a permanent body guard?! No way!" Klaus sped over to his daughter. "I have a duty as your father to protect you. And until you are a wolf or a hybrid; you are vulnerable. Marcel's leeches will feel no remorse if they kill you. You are not safe." Nicole nodded in understanding her father's concerns. He stormed into the kitchen leaving Nicole and Josh alone. "Well Josh, looks like you and me are gonna be good friends." Josh smiled.

Back at the compound Rebekah awakens on the same bed as she did in 1887, Marcel standing at the end of it. "Welcome back, Rebekah. You were out for quite a while." Rebekah looks around franticly. "Where am I? How'd I get here? Where's Nicole?!" Marcel narrowed his eyes. "She's home safe and sound." Rebekah let out a sigh of relief. "You upset Davina. I'm glad you two finally got to meet. Now you know what you're dealing with." Rebekah suddenly recognizes where she is. "Is this my old room?" Marcel smirks. "Oh, it's mine now. Just like this town is mine, Davina's mine, and Elijah is mine until I feel like giving him back. What was once yours, what was once your brother's – it's now mine." He turns and walks toward the door, turning back to Rebekah to say one last thing. "And don't ever touch Cami again."
