Y/N walked into her local HMV music store and walked around. She checked out each section and ended up in the kpop area. Her eyes searched for Shinee, her favourite group, and she excitedly walked over to the little display the store had for them.

Smiling to herself, she picked up their latest album and admired the cover art.

"They look so good," she quietly said to herself, in complete awe of her favourite group.

"I agree," a voice said beside her.

The surprised girl took a step back and almost knocked down the poster if the worker had not stopped her from falling into it.

Y/N blushed furiously and straightened herself out, "Sorry."

The boy dressed in the black and pink uniform just laughed at how cute she was. "No no, I should be apologizing. Sorry I startled you."

She nodded and tucked her hair behind her ear. "I'm just clumsy, don't worry about it. Thanks for saving me," the girl's eyes fell onto the boy's name tag and she smiled at him, "Soonyoung. I'm Y/N."

Soonyoung smiled and she noticed that it lit up his entire face. "He's so precious," she thought in her head.

"Nice to meet you, Y/N!" The boy pointed towards the album she was holding against her chest and said, "This is one of Shinee's best albums."

The girl looked down at the album, remembering what was in her hands. "Right? All of the songs on this album are masterpieces and you can tell that their work really paid off."

Looking up at the boy, she asked, "Are you a Shawol?"

Another smile formed on Soonyoung's face and he nodded enthusiastically. "You could say I'm their biggest fan. I love their music and their choreography, it's amazing."

"Do you dance?"

"I do! I love to dance and it's my passion! I want to become a choreographer when I grow up, but I still have lots to improve on."

Y/N nodded in understanding and smiled at his excitement, "That's so cool! Can you show me something?"

"Sing something for me?"

She nodded and began to sing the chorus of Replay.

The boy got into position and he said before dancing, "Wow you can really sing, it's idol worthy."

Y/N felt herself blush for the second time that day and nodded her head in thanks.

Soonyoung began dancing and the girl was in so much amazement that she almost forgot to continue singing.

The HMV employee's moves were so precise it seemed like he was a backup dancer for Shinee. His movements seemed to flow through his body and everything seemed so natural. He was truly a dancer.

"Wow," was all she could let out after he stopped dancing. Her eyes were wide with amazement and shock.

The boy scratched the back of his neck and felt his cheeks turn red in embarrassment, "Really? I'm not that good. There's still so much I have to work on and improve with my dancing, I have a long way to go."

"Soonyoung, you're really talented. If you say that this isn't your best work, then I can't wait to see what you will be able to do in the future." She smiled and complimented the boy. She truly believed that he would be able to do great things in the future even though she had just met the boy.

The dancer smiled and felt his heart swell up with joy, "Thank you so much! You're really good at singing as well. Also, I can't wait to see what photo card you get in that album."

He pointed towards the forgotten album in Y/N's hands. "Oh this? I don't have enough money saved up to buy this yet. I was just admiring it."

She put the album back on the display but Soonyoung picked it back up. "How about I buy this for you with my employee discount and you treat me to coffee as we unbox the album together?"

The girls face lit up and she nodded her head eagerly, "I would love that."

And so Soonyoung bought the album for the girl and they headed out to a nearby cafe on the boy's break. They sat down, sipped their coffees and unboxed the album. Both of them squealing over the photo card and photo book, the two strangers got to know each other and became really good friends.

Y/N was so happy that they were able to click, she didn't want to fall for a guy that she didn't like at all. Soonyoung made her so happy and brightened up her day immediately. They seemed to fit together perfectly and it was like they've known each other for years.

Soonyoung seemed to be thinking the same thing because he gave her a goofy smile at the cafe and hugged her tightly when they had to part ways.

can we talk about booseoksoon's debut and song. i can't believe they are an official subunit now, im not complaining. their energy onstage and offstage is amazing and makes everyone smile. and just do it is such a fun and happy song, it's so them.
