"C'monnnnnn," you drag the boy's arm towards the children's daycare, "It's only for a day! We need to get our volunteer hours done!"

In your school, every student had to do some sort of volunteer work in the community. The school designated a day specifically for volunteering every year. Seungkwan and you decided to volunteer at a children's daycare this year because the both of you loved kids and it was lots of fun.

Unfortunately, Seungkwan was feeling very cranky that morning. He had split coffee all over himself, didn't eat breakfast because he was running late, got annoyed at his mom, and tripped on the way to school. The boy didn't want to deal with loud kids for an entire day, he just wanted to go home and sleep.

"Kwannie, let's go! Your friends are going to be there as well!"

The boy just groaned and dragged his feet against the pavement as the two of you walked to the small building.

You opened the door and were immediately greeted by the scent of disinfectant wipes and something oddly sweet. The walls were painted a bright colour and everything seemed to be colourful. It conveyed such a happy mood, it was contagious for you.

"Welcome!" The owner happily greeted the two of you. Seungkwan put on a smile as you both warmly greeted the lady back. She brought you to where the other students were and began to give instructions.

"You guys will need to pair up because we have lots of kids today. Each pair will take on a group of kids and they're responsible for playing with them. Make sure to pay attention to the time because you'll have to be ready for meals and for your turn to go outside. Thank you guys for coming today! Let's begin the day!"

Everyone clapped and began to pair up. Chatter filled the room as people found each other and slight laughter was heard.

Your boyfriend snaked an arm around your waist without a word and nuzzled his head into your back. Guess you've found your partner for the day.

When the two of you received your group of kids for the day, Seungkwan took one look at the children and it immediately lifted his mood. Kids really seemed to make your boyfriend happy. He couldn't stop smiling and playing with them. The kids also seemed to equally love him as much. They latched onto the boy and listened to every word he said with so much awe. Playing with them was easy and everyone seemed to be having fun.

"Kwannie, can you pass me a tissue?" You ask your boyfriend as you try to wipe a little girl's nose.

"Sure thing."

All the kids look up to the two of you and say, "Kwannie?"

"Kwannie!!"

"Kwannnnnieeeeeeeee!"

"Kwannie! Kwannie! Kwannie!"

The kids all say your nickname for Seungkwan and can't stop giggling. They find the nickname fun to say and can't stop saying it.

The two of you are laughing and your boyfriend walks over to you, "Thanks for telling them your nickname for me." A smile was plastered on his face as he pulled you near to him.

"It's so cute!" You tell him and look at your boyfriend. His hair was messy from all the kids playing with it and his cheeks were red from all the laughing. He still had the same smile on his face since he first saw the kids.
