Hey y'all! So I just want to give a heads up that any bolded words within the chapter are both Mac and Skye speaking at the same time. This chapter is going to be slightly different but I hope y'all still enjoy it! Here it goes!

Skye pov.

I leaned against the doorway seeing the love of my life sitting at one of the many empty tables in the bar. He had a beer bottle sitting in front of him but I wasn't sure if he'd touched it. Unfortunately, I was sure I'd need him to drink the entire thing, and maybe a few more, to agree to what I was about to ask.

"Mac," I smiled from the doorway. He looked over his shoulder at me with a hint of a smile and his eyebrows raised.

"Its an open mic," my arms remained crossed in front of my chest as I spoke and I nodded my head towards the empty stage

"Its an open mic," my arms remained crossed in front of my chest as I spoke and I nodded my head towards the empty stage. He eyed the stage then turned his attention back on me.

"Go for it," he smiled nodding his bottle which he had retrieved towards the microphone.

"Come on Mac," I put on my puppy dog eyes and took a seat beside him at his table, "sing something with me."

Thats when I got "the look". He nearly choked on the beer in his mouth and quickly removed the bottle from his lips and pressed the back of his hand against them to stop the out pour of alcohol. Once he swollen the boy looked at me with the same face.

"Thats funny," he commented, implying that he thought I had to be kidding.

"I'm serious Mac," I placed my hand on his and begged some more, hoping he would eventually give in, "You aren't scared are you?"

"Oh course not," his chest puffed up a bit at that statement making me chuckle, "I just don't sing."

"Its just us," I pleaded.

"Just us and Jack and Matty and Boz and Riley...," Mac looked around the small bar at all of our friends.

"You're telling me even Jack and Bozer have never heard you sing?" I ruffled my eyebrows at him causing him to sigh.

"I'm telling you its not going to happen," he leaned towards me with a serious look upon his face.

I made the best pouty face I could, making my eyes as big and pleading as possible. It took a minute or so but eventually Mac rolled his eyes and slammed his beer down onto the table.

"Fine," he huffed. He stood and a smile grew across my face as I followed him.

I was ecstatic that Mac had agreed to this. The last time I sang in this little bar was when I first met Mac. It was hard to believe that was two years ago today. Berny had agreed to let me use the bar strictly for us tonight which was perfect. Little did everyone else know, but Mac and I were planning on revealing the baby's gender tonight. But first I wanted to have a little fun.
