After the title sequence, the cameras panned in on the male's side of the losers' cabin, where Rhythm joined Tory & Daniel for a discussion. With Alexander gone, it was expected that everyone would be celebrating in happiness. However, the ambiance in the room was more serious than happy.
"Alright guys, I really want to have a discussion right now," Daniel declared.
"Tonight was a big night; Alexander is finally gone. But now that he's not here, I don't really have any other enemies, and everyone knows that. If they notice that everyone likes me, they might think 'Oh! No one hates Daniel enough to kick him out; he'll probably make the final 2! Let's blindside him now!'. And I cannot let that happen; my best bet is pledging my loyalty to who I think will keep me safe."- Daniel
