"Last time on Total Drama Island: Return to Wawanakwa..." Chris began through a voiceover, "Ellie's blindside left many of the campers in a state of paranoia. Kiana contemplated betraying Katelyn, Tory began planning a blindside against alliance leader Veronica, while Daniel cooked a tasty meal for his first date with Amalia."

*Shows shots of Kiana thinking, Tory talking to Devin & Matthew, and Daniel eating with Amalia & Rhythm*

"At the immunity challenge, everyone whacked their way to a prize or punishment. Notably, Katelyn has to wear a Baywatch swimsuit for a week, Devin has to dance on command, and Amalia has to get spanked. But it was Matthew's impressive skills that won him the Golden Marshmallow necklace."

*Shows shots of Veronica hitting birdies, Katelyn hating her swimsuit, Devin getting up to dance, Daniel spanking Amalia, Matthew scoring 50 points, and Matthew holding up the Golden Marshmallow necklace*

"Afterwards, Veronica instructed the majority alliance to split the vote between Katelyn & Kiana, but Tory wanted the males to band together to blindside Veronica, which left Daniel with a difficult decision."

*Shows shots of Veronica talking to Rhythm, Amalia, & Daniel, Tory talking to Matthew & Devin, and Daniel thinking really hard*

"In the end, Daniel cast the deciding vote against Veronica, thereby sending her down the Dock of Shame and away from the island, but not before Daniel confronted her about his decision."

*Shows shots of Daniel voting for Veronica, Veronica walking down the Dock of Shame, and Daniel talking to Veronica*

"Eight campers are left, who will be voted out this time? Find out right here, on Total...Drama...Island:...Return to Wawanakwa!"

The cameras first panned in on the main camp area, where Daniel & Amalia enjoyed their five-star dinner. But this didn't stop them from talking about the last elimination. It was obvious that a big power move was made, and that Amalia wasn't too content with it. Right now, it was all about damage control for Daniel, and he was ready to speak.

"Alright, I might as well get to the point," Daniel rationalized, "I know that you're upset with me, but it was a move that I had to make."

"It was a tough decision, but facts were facts: Veronica was going to target me. If I was voted out, that would leave Amalia without a solid ally that would go with her to the final two. Veronica and Rhythm had a final two deal, so Amalia would be doomed for third place, and I couldn't let that happen. Amalia and I will make the final two, and today is the beginning of our new game."- Daniel

"I don't blame you for making the move," Amalia insisted, "Honestly, I could see Veronica plotting against you."

"Then I'm justified," Daniel rationalized, "At the end of the day, I needed to do whatever I needed to do to keep myself in this game. I hope that you can realize that it was a game move and that I still want us two to stay together for as long as we can."

"Daniel claims that he wants us in the final two and that he got rid of Veronica for safety, and I honestly believe him. He's clearly trying his best to keep us both safe, and I couldn't ask more from him. Hopefully I'm right."- Amalia

"I mean, we just need to work together and ensure that we are involved with any plan," Amalia noted, "That way, none of us can get hurt."

"SERVE UP!" Chris shouted from the loudspeakers.
