I don't like him......but...

Dec walked down after sending a swift text to their group which he know that his friends wont see until that afternoon. Ant was already in the entrance waiting for Dec. Dec gets on the bike and that's when he remembered something he has to ask Ant

Dec: " Anth... can you hear me?"

Ant was already driving and he shouted to Dec "What?"

Dec: "Your mam asked me for dinner"

Ant suddenly stops the bike and they lunges forward

Dec: "What!"

Ant: "What did you say?"

Dec looked at Ant in the mirror but his face was expressionless

Dec: "I met your mam and she asked me for dinner next week"

Ant: "Alright"

Dec: "You okay with that?"

Ant: "She invited you"

Dec realised the inner words : 'Its her choice and I have no say in that matter '

Dec: "Yeah...I won't if you don't want to"

Ant: "No its okay...its just that...ummm"

Dec: "Yeah?"

Ant: "Don't talk too much"
He starts the motorbike while Dec looked open mouthed at the taller boy

Dec: " I don't alwa-"

Ant: "Pardon?"

Dec : "I won't talk"

Ant: "Good"

Dec pouts at that. As they reach the college, Dec bids him goodbye

Ant: "Meet me in the parking lot after class.Dont be late"

Dec nod at that and walks. Ant frowns as he see Dec walking to the classroom instead of the cafe. He then drives to the parking lot, knowing so well that his friends will be expecting him

He walk to their usual spot, to see his friends waiting for him

Gary: "Finally... remember us old friend ?"

Ant: "Shut up Gaz"

Robbie: "Good to see you... coming for Si's party tonight?"

Ant: "Yupp. I always do"

Gary: "Things are changing"

Si: "Are they Ant?"

Ant: "Its nothing important .I just helped Declan through some things and that's it"

Robbie: "Just that? nothing else?"

Ant: "He is just my roommate guys!"

Gary: "You don't care about him?"

Johnny: "What if he does? Its not that he shouldn't like anyone outside our-"

Gary: "You think thats why we are stopping him?! Can't you see what all that baby faced is making him do?"

Johnny: "If not for Declan, we would have lost Ant. Twice Rob, twice he saved Ant from danger"

Si: "So? "

Johnny: "Si.. Can't you see -"

Ant: "Stop it Johnny. Si, I don't like him. Yes , I care for him but its only because I feel kind of responsible for him. That's it. I don't think there will be anything more to it"
