Today's Statistics class was not that bad but it was still bad if you know what I mean. The professor has finally sent us the two PPTs that he refered to in class so I'm going to really sit with it and understand the subject once and for all.
After class we had our Townhall where they told us all about the six extra credits that we have to earn either by:
-> Research Paper- 6 credits
-> Teacher's Assistant- 3 credits
-> Social Impact Project- 6 credits
-> Coaching peers- 3 credits...
among other things.
I was working on the research paper before this announcement so I think I've as good as earned my 6 credits.
They also announced the Sem 6 rankers and guess what, I ranked 2nd wooohoooo!! I'm really happy. Gurtley, Kristen and Paul have also topped some or the other subject so wooohoooo! This was the highlight of today's day!
After the townhall I had only 15 mins to eat lunch and go for the internship lecture. The internship people didn't come on time so that's a bummer. I could've properly eaten my lunch and spoken to Kristen and Paul.
Today's class was better than yesterday's for sure. We had a new trainer and he taught us about various popular world indices that we'll have to track on a continuous basis. He told us various websites that we'd have to use and basic terminologies that we'll have know among other things.
After coming back home, I completed figuring out my degree studies and studied Cost Accounting for the rest of the day.
