All hell broke loose in a matter of minutes after Kingsley's' Patronus had given the bad news. The guests panicking had apparated quickly, breaking the protective enchantments surrounding the Burrow that had been placed to prevent this exact kind of thing.

It didn't take long for the Death Eaters to arrive amongst the fleeing crowd causing even more people to panic.

Thea quickly pulled her wand out of the pocket of her dress. She had previously been unable to see anyone she knew because of the crowd but as more people apparated away, Thea could see many people she recognized being interrogated by Death Eaters. She quickly looked around to see if anyone was struggling when she felt her arm being grabbed roughly.

Thea slowly to see a Death Eaters holding her arm, their wand pointed at her face.

"Alrighty, you. Tell me where Harry Potter is."

"I don't know what you are talking about. Thea quickly said, she would never betray Harry's location.

"Don't play games with me I know, that you know where he is. So tell me!"

"In your dreams, bitch."

I was considering letting you live as you are quite the pretty one,  but you will need to control your tongue, missy."

"Oh, do I?" Thea chuckled. "Who said you were my mother?"

The death eater's grip on her wand tightened even though their hand was shaking slightly, they raised it higher pointing it at Thea's face.

Thea quickly reached out and in one movement she had knocked the Death Eater's wand out of their hand, sending it flying across the room.

"So much for the disarmament charm, huh?" Thea muttered under her breath.

"How dare you?"

"How dare I? Last time I checked, I'm not the person running around with Voldemort and his little entourage."

Thea surprised herself with her saying Voldemort's name but she also thought that it had surprised the Death Eater as well but Thea could barely tell because of the mask that obstructed their face.

Thea had slowly backed the Death Eater into one of the walls of the tent as the Death Eater looked around searching for a way out.

There was none.

Unobstructed Thea slowly reached up to pull the mask of the Death Eater. Slowly pulling away, Thea gasped as she saw the person in front of her.

Under the mask sat a young girl barely Thea's age, her blue eyes stood out piercing her features, her blonde hair hanging limp upon her shoulders.  Her eyes reflected the fear that Thea felt on the inside.

After the celebrations had ended on such an unpleasant note it only seemed like it was due to continue as the members of the Order as well as the remaining party guest that hadn't had a chance to leave before the Death Eaters arrived were rounded and interrogated for hours about Harry's whereabouts.

But even the Order members didn't know where he had gone as he had fled with Hermione and Ron soon after the attack had started. They could be anywhere by now and Thea hoped that they had got far. The only thing they could do was hope that the group would remain safe as they went on an extremely dangerous mission.

Arthur and the twins had managed to trick the Death Eaters into believing the family ghoul was Ron suffering from Spattergroit. But the death eaters were still being ruthless in their pursuit of Harry.

However, throughout the interrogation the face of the frightened Death Eater still weighed heavily on Thea's mind, she could seem to shake herself free from the memory. War truly was a terrible thing and for everyone caught up in it only made it worse.

Eventually, the death eaters began to disperse as they soon realized they were wasting their time with the group when they could be searching for Harry. Once they appeared to be gone, the group that was still gathered in the tent, hesitated to leave for a few moments not sure if they were really gone or not. Arthur eventually got up and went to go check if the coast was clear. After several moments of silence, he gave the signal and motioned that they could leave the tent.

They all managed to find refuge in the Burrow however the atmosphere was incredibly grim. Harry, Hermione, and Ron had left to begin the journey that would hopefully end the war. But as they all gathered in the Burrow, Arthur sent his Patronus to the three to tell them that everyone was okay and to remain safe by not getting into contact as they were all sure that they were still being watched. With the Ministry now under the Dark Lord's control, it now started a new world where those under suspicion would be under constant surveillance. As for the Ministry, where Thea had worked but she couldn't help it as the laughter bubbled in her throat when she said what she said next.

"Well, it looks like I'm out of a job."

The Order members all looked over to her, confused that she was making a joke in the midst of everything but it eventually came to them what she meant as they burst out into laughter.

Thea was preparing to head back to her apartment to get some much-needed rest when she passed Molly looking quite stressed in the kitchen.

"Hey, Molly."

"Hi, Thea. How are you holding up?"

"I'm alright, a little shaken up but otherwise fine. How are you?"

"I've been better, Thea," Molly admitted to Thea. "I'm just worrying over everyone and hoping that they are alright."

"They will be, Molly. Harry, Ron and Hermione had gone now to find the key to ending the war and soon enough all of this will be over."

"I like the sound of that."

"As do I."

"Please, be safe, Thea. But don't forget you are more than welcome to come to the Burrow at any time."

"Thank you, Molly."

"It's no problem dear."

Thea apparated to her apartment quickly heading straight upstairs to her bedroom. Setting her things down on the bed, Thea headed over to the open window were the curtains shuffled around slightly as they were moved by the wind.

Nearly all the windows in her apartment were open. In fact, Thea hadn't even slept in a bedroom without the window open. It had started as a coping technique after Cedric's death and even today there was still a small part of her that still believed that Cedric would eventually swoop through her window and they would fly off to Neverland together but Thea knew what she had to do.

She would never forget her brother and all that he did for her. All the things that she had told Fleur and Viktor earlier were all true. But this was just the next step towards her finally healing.

Thea stepped forward reaching to the window with her hands, slowly swinging it shut. She then went around to all the rooms in the apartment shutting the window but leaving them unlocked.

She stood in the bedroom where she had begun all of it before taking a deep breath in.

"I love you, Ced."
