CH 32 - Secrets

Pring POV

"The newspaper fired me." He says angrily. "They wanted to know how I got the plans."

"I didn't know this would happen..." I tell him in a shaky voice. "I thought I was... helping..."

"Don't worry P'Pring." He reassures me. "They don't know who they messed with, wait till I tell my father."

I finish talking and throw my phone on the sofa, why did this happen? It should have ruined him, he should have been fired but the hospital explained the project and now every news channel and newspaper loved the new CEO.

Three days, I only had three days left at the hospital. No matter what I did that runt wouldn't let me see Pha and now Kit had that fat guy who was just as bad, he wouldn't let me see Kit! Beam was on night shifts and kept disappearing, I had to find a way, I had to see Pha.

I pace the room, so many things at the same time, why was this happening? The new security at his apartment wouldn't let me in, I wasn't on any lease or on the approved visitor list and when I tried to show him my key I couldn't find it. How could I lose it? Then the picture of Pha in the pool, I was sure I took it but I looked everywhere it wasn't in my apartment.

I pick up my phone scrolling through, screaming when I find my picture gallery empty. The pictures of Pha I took over the years, the small videos, my notes on things he liked, it was all gone. I didn't go on any strange site, how did my phone get a virus? My backups, the online storage, everything was gone.

"Park." I answer when the phone rings. "It didn't work, he didn't get fired!"

"Calm down Pring..."

"Nothing happened, instead everyone loves him now." I yell. "And they won't let me see Pha and he's not answering my phone..."

"I have a plan." He tells me. "A way to get Pha alone, wouldn't that be good idea?"

"Yes...yes it would."

I listen as he explains how we can get him away from everyone. Someplace far away so the two of us could talk things out. I smiled as I listened, just Pha and me alone I liked the idea, I liked it a lot.

Forth POV

"Is Wayo having problems?"

The tight feeling in my chest eased; no matter how scary he could be I know he cares deeply for Yo. He came to this side that he loathed now like me, just to check on his brother.

"He is handling things well."

"His turning someone without permission has caused a stir." P'Arthit watched me carefully. "It's worried my father and that doesn't happen without reason."

"No sir."

"Who did he turn Forth?" He asks softly.

"A young doctor...by the name of Phana Kongtanin."

The other four from his circle had been admiring my bike, they stop talking. I can feel their eyes on me from all directions.

"Shit." P'Bright breaks the silence.

"A mistake?" P'Arthit asks. "Punishment for ... misconduct?"

"No Sir." I tell him. "Wayo...likes him."

"You, Ming and...Nate, are guarding the Newling?"

"Yes."

"My father is sorting an issue in Europe." He stands. "Anything concerning Wayo, I want to know. No matter what."
