Arthit POV
I leave the office still annoyed. I need to increase security for the wedding, we were careful but that woman slipped away. She would be stupid to try anything now but you never know.
"P'Arthit."
I stop hearing my name, turning to see Phana who seemed to have been waiting for me. He looks nervous as he walks over.
"I didn't get a chance before." He looks at me earnestly. "I wanted to say thank you, for coming for Yo that night. For protecting him and taking care of him while I wasn't here."
He formally Wai's. I was glad I made it in time to.
"He's my brother." Is all I manage to say.
"I got uncle something as a bride price for Yo." He smiles taking something from his pocket. "I wanted to give you this..."
"No need..." There really wasn't any.
"The way Yo speaks of you, when I saw this, I thought it would suit you." He moves the box towards me. "Yo said you made everything fit together. I bought this a long time ago with my grandmother, it reminded me of you. Please take it."
His smile is warm, his eyes light and full of joy as he offers me the gift, I hesitate a moment but take it. He Wai's again before leaving. Father was thoroughly enjoying reading the journal's Phana gave him, I wonder what this could be.
My breathing nearly stops when I see what is inside. A gear, it looks so familiar it makes my heart ache. My hands tremble as I touch it, it feels like I know it. I turn it slowly; I have to lean against the wall when I read the inscription. 0062. After so long, how was it in my hand's again? How?

Phana POV
"I can't believe it." Beam sighed. "My good intentions turned against me."
"You just wanted a party." P'Korn laughed. "By the way, I'm keeping the Pha under new management shirt."
"Keep it." Beam rolled his eyes. "It's the night before the big day, shouldn't we be drinking and getting Pha drunk? Why are we all sipping tea?"
It's getting close to midnight but the house is full of activity as everyone finishes their tasks for tomorrow. The large open field just beyond the garden gate is outside of the wards and has been perfectly prepared by P'Poppy for the wedding in the afternoon.
One side for the ceremony, the other for the reception to feed them. The main family was already here, everyone else arriving tomorrow for the ceremony and not everyone would be going to the party at night. The hospital invitees and friends were only invited to the Kongtanin house.
"Because there is too much to do." P'Sing answered. "We need to look good for the photos and I don't want you dancing on tables again."
"Once!" Beam defended. "That happened once..."
"Five times." Nami corrected walking through the room with her dress. "Three times on family occasions, once at the local bar and once in your first year at university."
"Of course, you know." Beam glares at her as she keeps walking.
"No mum you don't need to worry." Kit says walking in with his parents. "They have ordered limos to take everyone from here to Yo's mansion after the ceremony..."
"Grandpa, let Yo into the house too." I try to ignore everyone and keep smiling at him.
I wanted to see Yo but was dragged away after work by my so-called cousins so we could spend the night with family. I love them but they are too loud.
