A/N: Hello everyone, hope you are all well. Sorry for the delay in posting but I have been really busy, and summer is here. Instead of happily spending time on a beach, I'm getting nightmare hay fever and doing gardening because my mother is making me! >.< Why do people plant trees that need cutting??? I kicked a conifer, but then felt bad and apologised. T.T

Kit POV
"My ordeal was much more traumatic." Beam tells Pha. "I was drugged and tackled!"
"Please." Pha rolls his eyes. "The lunatic vampire tried to suck my blood."
I drink my coffee trying to zone them both out, it was my fault for worrying about Beam and making Pha come with me early to make sure he was okay. I could have been back in the apartment with Ming, eating a warm breakfast and letting him suck my blood...I cough, where did that thought come from?
"Let's stop there." I tell them both when they stand still trying to outdo each other.
"You wouldn't understand Kit." Beam glares at Pha. "Only kidnapped people ..."
"Shut it Beam."
"Ohh Kitty's upset." Beam smiles sitting again. "You will soon, it's your turn to get abducted."
"What?" Ming glares at Beam walking in with what smells like breakfast. "That's not going to happen."
"Don't try to scare me Ming Kwan." Beam cross his arm. "Even Forth doesn't scare me."
"He's being nice to you." Ming states back. "I will protect Kit, nothing is going to happen to him."
"What you trying to imply?" Beams annoyed. "Forth didn't protect me?"
"He tried." Ming answers. "But you got snap happy..."
"Listen here Ming Kwan..."
"What's wrong with Beam?" Pha asks next to me.
"He annoyed at being knocked a place down from the nurses poll." I tell him.
"Ohh." Now Pha's interested. "Which one?"
"Best husband."
"That poll is rigged." Beam glares. "There is no way this...Ming Kwan is better than me."
They base it on three things, looks, salary and charm. Beam had been crowned number one shortly after we arrived, I was number two. Pha had his own category, Heavenly Creature, you could look from afar but not touch. I didn't understand, the nurses were insane.
"It's not like I want the title." Ming shrugs, putting the food in front of me. "Kit, you didn't eat breakfast."
"Bastard, taking my title and acting all lovey dovey with Kit." Beams angry. "Fight me."
"No you won't." Forth walks in. "Vampire, he only needs to flick you."
I slap Ming's hand when he tries feeding me.
"Who's side are you on?" Beam snaps. "Why the hell are you even here?"
"I came to take you home." Forth sighs.
"I'm not going after what you said..."
Beam stops talking when he sees the box of chocolates.
"Stop buying those for him Forth." Ming looks at the box. "He's going to get fat."
