CH 46 - Begins

Outskirts of Panichjayasawad territory.

"We don't have time." The man snapped on the phone looking out of the window again when he heard something snap. "We have to hurry."

They shouldn't wait long; they had plans in place but the younger boy turning someone without permission gave them a chance they couldn't let slip through their fingers.

"If only they had killed Park, this would have been easier".

The heartless voice on the other end sent chills down the man spine, but he had to choose his allies carefully, not just anyone would risk going against Panichjayasawad.

"You should be glad they let your son live."

"I must think of the bigger picture." The man says annoyed. "Getting rid of Panichjayasawad and his sons is the most important thing. You said the witch you found was good?"

"She is, but its best not to take chances." The man tells him.

They were hiding from an old power; one they had no idea was capable of. None of them had ever seen Her, but they had come too far to turn back.

"Okay, go ahead, use that human girl." The voice answers. "Panichjayasawad is still handling the trouble in Europe, if this goes well, we can get rid of both his sons in one go."

Beam POV

"Pha has to stop scaring us." I tell Kit was we head down.

It was a worried Yo who called uncle who was in my office talking to me about a case. I called Kit as we hurried up, only to find Pha unconscious.

"I think he's getting his memories back." Kit says thinking. "Every time he has headaches, he remembers things."

"He should do it in one go..."

"It could be dangerous that way..."

"AAHHH!" I clutch my chest as Nami appears next to me.

"You're both giving me heart palpitations." I glare at her.

"Me?" She asks innocently. "Not that scene over there?"

I look where she points to see Forth talking to Mr Charming...was he leaning towards Forth?

"Why is Forth talking to that guy again?" I snap.

He better not run off; he was taking me home tonight. We had a full evening planned with me on top, by we, I meant me, he didn't need to know until the time came.

"You know who that is...don't you?" Kit asks me.

"Yes." I glare at him. "Manager of the company Forth works for."

"Oh... my... word..."

I look at Nami and Kit. "Why are you both giving me judgmental looks?"

"Thank god you're a doctor." Nami shakes her head. "If you became a detective no crime would ever be solved."

"You're an idiot." Kit sighs walking away.

"Get back here kitty!" I'm going to kick his ass.

Kit stops seeing Ming, he won't look him in the eye and...he's blushing! He tries to move left, then right but Ming won't let him pass. I try to go help Kit but Nami grabs my arm and shushes me when I try to talk...I'm grounding that girl! I slowly lean towards them, trying to listen.
