Organic chemistry was a pretty long class. Although, lab days, like today, are usually my favorite days because it's a hands on experience. Today, we analyzed some acids and chemicals, so it was pretty interesting.

Thankfully, that class woke my brain up and, with the help of coffee, helped stay awake.

I have 30 minutes till my next class, which is one of the many dental classes I have to take to attempt to get my DDS.

It's not that I have some weird fetish with teeth, but teeth are just interesting to me. I also grew up with my family all being dentists, I guess it's just in the family tree to be a dentist. My dad, my Uncle Collins, my grandpa, and my brother all are dentists. And the only one who I trust enough to know my fear is my Uncle Collins, maybe it's his kind and positive personality of being a dentist that wanted me to be like him.

Anyways, I was headed to the lecture hall in the School of Dentistry to catch up on notes and to see what we were doing today, since I was going to end up their anyways, why not get there early.

I opened the door and stopped in my tracks to see a dentist chair rolled to the front of the classroom. This cannot be happening, I've heard from people in other classes that our professor does demonstrations on actual students in his class, he cannot actually do that.

Part of me just wants to skip class now, but then I'll be so far behind.

Pretty soon, I hear other footsteps coming down the hall and rush inside the lecture hall and run up to the highest level to hide in the back.

Thankfully, it wasn't my professor, but one of the many hotties that has this dental class with me and a few other classes, I guess he was getting here earlier too. But unlike me, he wasn't shocked to see the dental chair in front of the room.

I brushed him off and anybody else that walked into the hall and decided to doodle until class started, so that drawing random shapes could hopefully ease and distract my mind.

I didn't even realize to pay attention to the time or anything, but then I heard my professor,       Dr. Clemens, walk in and start to give instructions on the class.

I put my doodles away and tried to listen to my professor, but I kept on getting distracted by the dentist chair behind me.

Dr. Clemens stopped talking and looked to the chair and back to all his students in the lecture hall, there was some awkward silence before he said anything.

"Any volunteers?" He asked which prompted everybody to be as quiet as possible and to not make any moves.

He looked around the lecture hall at all his students, trying to find his next victim to sit in the horrendous dental chair, in the front of the classroom, surrounded by everybody.

I looked away and around the room, hoping he wouldn't pick me.

"Ms. Samuels, would you mind joining me?" Dr. Clemens asked as he locked eyes with me.

I was about to have my biggest fear shown to all my classmates.
