Somehow, Noah and I made our way to the hospital.

As we entered the main entrance, multiple nurses stopped us to tell us where the ER was, since Noah still looked terrible.

I got to the Chief's office with Noah in tow.

I moved Noah so he was leaning on the wall, almost falling asleep, while I knocked on the door to the Chief's office immediately hearing a "come in".

I opened the door and supported most of Noah's weight as I slowly walked towards the Chief.

"Oh my, what happened?" The Chief asked as he went to take half of Noah's weight.

"Uh, anesthesia."

"What? Why? Did he have a procedure?" The Chief started interrogating me.

But before I could answer, Dr. Haim walks in and answers the question for me.

"Nope, Dr. Clemens just thought it would be informative for his students to see one of their fellow classmates or themselves to undergo anesthesia."

The Chief looked almost shocked, almost.

"He still does that? There hasn't been a student this bad though. It seems he's very sensitive to anesthesia."

"Wait, he's been doing this?" I asked the Chief.  I couldn't believe that Dr. Clemens has been doing this.

"Never mind about Mr. Grey. Dr. Haim, will you watch him while I check out Ms. Samuels?"

Dr. Haim nods and approaches Noah while I follow the Chief to an exam room.

"So I saw your heart rate went up a little today. I'm guessing that was during class." The Chief began to discuss as soon as we approached the exam room.

I nodded and went to go sit on the table, hoping that this checkup was going to be good.

The Chief opened the app on his phone and looked at my files before he began the checkup.

He reached for his stethoscope and began the normal routine of checking my heart and lungs.

He ran a few tests before he began to speak again,

"Your heart rate has been stable and I haven't see any reason for me to worry, except for earlier so, I'll continue to monitor you, but you'll only have checkups every month, unless something concerns me."

I'm happy that my heart isn't deciding to fail me.

Once the Chief and I get back to his office, I see Noah looking in Dr. Haim's.....mouth?

"Noah, what are you doing?" I asked him as soon as I walked in.

He didn't look up from checking Dr. Haim's mouth, but he answers me back.

"He had a sudden sharp pain in his mouth, I was just checking out his cavity, that's it."

Noah turned off his phone flashlight and Dr. Haim returned to normal.

"What?" Noah asked as he looked at my baffled face.

"Nothing." I responded back, he's going to be such a good dentist.
