"Where do you two think you are going?." Jake gets in the elevator as the doors are about to close.

"To make some pictures with fans outside." Shawn says as he still has his arm thrown over my shoulder.

"And you have to go do that together?." Jake says as he looks at us weirdly. What the hell is wrong with him? Then I remember that it looks like that we are cuddling.
I take a step to the left and fold my arms while I lean against the wall of the elevator.

"Well, she met them earlier so.." Shawn says as he tries to make an excuse why I am joining along. I can understand that it's weird because I never go outside when there are fans. I do not really want to be on camera or something.

"Interesting.." I hear Jake mumble. I want to ask what he means but then the elevator door opens suddenly. Jesus, since when is this elevator so fast?

"Wait here for a second. I am going to talk to them real quick." I say to Shawn as my hand accidentally lands on his stomach instead on his chest, as I try to prevent him from walking any further. He looks to my hand and back up to me. I quickly turn around when I feel a blush creeping up on my cheeks.

What the hell is wrong with me? Why do I always make things so awkward? I mumble to myself as I walk through the entrance door, I see that my 6 new made friends are still there.
They immediately start to scream when they see me. "Hey hey, calm down. We had a deal, right?." And I thought that they would have actually keep the deal. A little bit naive, Rose.

"O my god. Is Shawn coming?." One girl starts to hyperventilate.

"Girl, calm down. You are freaking me out." I do not want to have to call an ambulance because a minor fainted on the sidewalk. That will turn into something nasty claim.
"You all promised that you would not start to scream. Remember he has a long day, okay?."

"Yes, we promise." They say all together. Well.. here goes nothing.

I take a few steps back, so I see Shawn and Jake again and sign from them to come over. Much to my surprise, once Shawn walks through the door the girls do not start to scream. They are loud. Sure, but screaming no. The wonders haven't left the world yet. I kind off feel like a proud momma. Sad, isn't it?

He squeeze my shoulder as he walks past me to the girls, followed by Jake who looks around like he expect something to happen at any moment "Hey girls, how are you today?." Shawn says with a bright smile on his face.
It always amazes me how much time Shawn invests in his fans. I know that Shawn is really busy today (when is he not) but he will always make the time for his fans. I really admire him for it.

"Good." They all say in union.

"That's good to hear."- he smiles and suddenly looks at me. O no.. "Rose, come over here." O for the love of god..

With a forced smile I walk up to where Shawn and the fans are standing.
"So, you guys met my friend?."

"Friend? I thought that she is your manager?." A girl the black curly hair says.

"O yes she is but she is also my friend. She is really funny." Shawn adds.

"O shut up Mendes." for some reason Shawn thinks that I am hilarious. I am just being my honest, blunt self and he finds the extremely funny. "I am not that funny." People always think that I am joking when I make sarcastic comments but the thing is that I absolutely mean it.
