Okay, I have to admit I didn't really gave much thought to my choice of my shoes. I mean, they are cute and shit but open heels in the winter, while it's snowing outside. Yeah, not my finest decision.

"Where are you going?." Shawn grabs my wrist as I turn around to walk back upstairs to change my heels. I will die if I am going to walk in these shoes. If it's not because I will fall, then it's because my toes will freeze and fall off.

"I am going to change my shoes. I cannot walk in these in the snow." I am not sure if any of the other pair of my heels I brought with me are a better choice but hey, I can at least try.

"I can give you a piggy back ride."

"No, it's fine. You can go. I will catch up." I don't want him to miss anymore time with his friends as he already has.

"Come on. The bar isn't that far." He intertwine our fingers and pulls me along with him. "Button up your coat. It's cold and you will get sick."

"Yes daddy." I joke and pull my coat tightly around my body.

He looks over his shoulder with a smirk on his face. "What's up with the smirk?." I say and close the front door behind us.

"Nothing."- he says and his smirk grows even bigger. Ooo... I called him daddy. To whoever said that boys will be boys: sis, you understand life. "Hop on." He says as he stands at the bottom of the little stairs.

"Are you sure? I can just change my shoes."

"Rose, come on. My balls are going to freeze off if we are going to stand here any longer." That's not good. I need those.

I carefully walk down the stairs and climb on Shawn his back. I wrap my arms tightly around him as he starts to walk.

"Am I too heavy?."

"Heavy? How in the world can you think that you are too heavy?."

"Just checking." I think that every girl is insecure about her body. It doesn't matter if you are as thin as a stick or not. That is just how the brain of a girl works. Sadly.

Blue Mountain is seriously so cute. It isn't really big or anything but the vibe here is really nice. The people are relaxed and there is no paparazzi. So, that is a plus.

"It's peaceful here." I say while looking at a group of people who are standing a couple of feet away from us.

"Yeah? You need to see it in day light. The whole place is crowded with people. You will like it."

Yeah, that was the plan for today but somethings came in the way.

"We are here." Shawn says as he push the door open from a small looking bar. He close the door and I gently put me back on my feet.

"Thank you." I say slightly awkwardly. It has never been awkward between us. I don't know how to act with this dynamic that is going on between us.

"You are welcome."

The cafe is pretty packed with people. No wonder when it's the only place that is open after midnight.
"They are in the back." Shawn says as he whispers into my ear.

With his hand on my back, I push myself through the crowd. Thankfully, I am yet not that drunk otherwise I would have bumped into every single one of the people we past.
